...And so the hero crawled through the fissure on the surface of Tyr. There, the lone Dwarf stared into the cold, dark eyes of Soulblighter...The fiend hefted his blade over his shoulder as a flock of raven took upon his form...

Of course there's a Mac version. It only costs more than the Windows-based copies. There's not much of a difference besides that.

EDIT: To all the people who are going to say "Get a PC", STFU! I don't care if PCs are better than Macs when it comes to gaming (which I know it is), saying it is totally irrelevant to this thread.

Hm. Just several small differences between Macs and PC Halos. The bitmaps are slightly different, such as the FRG being of a different design in Mac versus PC. There's also the obvious differences in...like, the mouse button being only one instead of three. You might have to strategically reorganize your keyboard to accomodate your lack of 2 extra buttons on the mouse.

However, they both play the same and yes, PCs and Macs can fight against each other.

I hate that! My friend plays Warcraft III on his Mac, and I myself don't mind using hotkeys, but not having the second mouse button is quite a nuisance. And you can only pick up items with heroes by right clicking, so there are tons of goodies for my friend's hero to pick up, but he can't because he can't right click.

Not quite true about the mice. The standard Mac mouse used to have one button, but the new one has a few tricks. I'm not sure how useful all of it's functions are in Halo, but I have a Kensington trackball that has 4 buttons and Macs support most any USB mouse/pointing device. Some have 5 buttons!

O, about the PC being better then mac. If you mean Linux then in someway yes. If you mean windows then no. Windows has too many virues and spyware. Even with antivirus software it can't be stoped just slowed down. I support Apple. Their is nothing better in life then a Apple ;)

I was going to try linux, but unfortunately finding working drivers for the devices on my computer that are compatable with linux is a pain, so far I have only found the graphics and touchpad drivers. Plus, to play most of my games I would need and emulater (<did I spell that right?) of some kind.
