I don't hate it that much, but I think this one time I got a small little detail wrong about something I was commenting on, and a user said to me: "Oh, don't worry, with your post count I wouldn't expect you to know anything about Halo."
Which pissed me off to no end.
Though, that still isn't as bad as the "My K/D is Higher than Yours" argument.
Actually, yes it is. When multiplayer is discussed, k/d is highly relevant. Post count on a select forum, however, is not.
So if I would've claimed Reach was a perfect game, without any flaws. People with lower k/d than me would've been "wrong" because of over a petty and useless stat as k/d?
Get off your high horse, "You have low post count" "Get higher k/d" and "You didn't have 50 in Halo 3" arguments are just idiotic.
The merits of an argument are only determined by the merits of an argument - k/d and post count sound like strawman arguments. Completely irrelevant.
