Inappropriate. Went a little to far with the butt hole tearing.

I don't abandon my threads right after I make them.

I'm not Dr Frankenstein.

"You dead yet? No? You will be!"

"How you like them pears? Guess what I mean by pears."

"I'm gonna rip off his partridge and kick him in the pear tree!"

Only the ones I think are worth keeping.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

Yeah ofcourse, sometimes I'm worried I post too much in my threads in case people think Im bumping it.
A thread is like starting a conversation, you dont just walk away from a conversation when people start replying to you.

Of course.

I acknowledge my user name is stupid. However, I promise I'm not.

Disclaimer: The latter is a lie.

I always bump my threads. Always.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

I dont see why anyone wouldn't follow a thread they created. What would be the point of making one if you did not?

PS
No, I do not want to join your clan/group.

If I ever actually created a thread then yeah, I'd follow it; personally I think it seems kind of troll-ish to make a thread and then abandon it, kinda of like all you're trying to do is stir the pot and get people worked up.

There's no way Nate Hawbaker's favorite hero is Alan Stuart

ALAN IS A BEAUTIFUL MAN!

I'm sometimes tempted to resurrect a thread from the past when it's been dead and gone. But sometimes, (like my "How Many Pms" thread,) I don't always have to post in their for discussion when it can be a rather one-sided discussion.

Now, If I present a thread that is necessary for me to respond to people constantly, then I'll follow it pretty closely. But,in a nutshell, it depends.

My "create new thread" count is pretty low. I might make 1 new thread a week.

I usually take the "make a thread" and walk away method in The Flood. That being said, in this forum, I like to create and follow my threads because of the general quality of replies and interaction is higher.
Then my question to you would be "Why make threads in the flood at all?" Just to bring others joy, or dismay?
To get some input, opinions or commentary on something going on in my mind. It isn't like I constantly make threads in The Flood by any means. (That being said, I won't post much in the threads I do make, thus I do not follow the thread).
Even if you don't respond, do you track what others say?
Well, of course. I track the comments/opinions/input.

Positive vibes.

Frankly, I'm quite scared to wander back into my own threads after a certain point. Most of the the ideas that I have proposed are really stupid, and most of the questions that I have asked have already been answered.

Yeah, I don't really see the point of not follow a thread you made yourself. I tend to walk the fine line between shameless bumping and generating discussion.

  • 09.11.2012 6:38 AM PDT

I tend to pop in on it from time to time rather than stare over it constantly.

Of course I do. Though I don't make threads often, I do like to follow them just in case someone has a question or two.
