<cutscene> = things that have always openned up, and closed each Halo level.
<cinematic> = things that begin and end the games..more epic than the cutscenes.
There will be plenty of secondary objectives for most of the missions, and the levels would be extremely linear, and you could progress to the ending whichever way you choose
Openning scene
<cinematic>
We see the Chief pacing back and forth on the deck of the Forerunner ship after it has just taken off. He seems uneasy, and looks all around him and grips his Battle RIfle close to his chest...he lets out a breath, and lets his head droop down.
Fade to black--
The time, date and location are shown in the bottom of the screen as we see a room materialize before us. We see Halsey introduce herself and inform the Spartans in the room of their mission and what the Pillar of Autumn (PoA) was originally recommissioned for..to get to High Charity, and capture a Prophet.
Screen blurs, and then fades to black--
Time, date, and location shown at the bottom of the screen as we see scene come into view. We see the Spartans getting geared up, and Keyes comes down to inform them of Reach being invaded..He leaves and Chief tells the Spartans to get everything ready quickly.
Take control of the Chief shortly to take a break from the cutscene..Chief gets his shields and armor tested. This scene would bring back some nostalgia, and the ability to explore the launch bays before they were damaged when the PoA crashed.
After this scene, we get backinto the cutscene..we see the two Dropships speed out of the launch bay, and split up..
Fade to black as our controllers and screen vibrate erratically
We see the Chief is jogged back into his normal state of mind by the Forerunner Ship leaving slipspace. The exchange of words between Chief and Hood from the end of Halo 2 takes place...

Mission 01: The _(Forerunner Ship)_
Objectives : :
* Fight your way to Truth
* When Hood orders you to get off the ship since he needs you on the Cairo, fight your way to the ship's main hangar at the back of the ship
* Secure a Covenant boarding ship, escape.
<cutscene>
Chief reaches the Cairo, but the ship is shot by a Seraph, and begins behaving erratically..he steers the ship into one of the Cairo's many Hangar bays..and crashes.
Screen blurs, and fades to black

We see Chief, Johnson, Jenkins, Bisenti, and Linda (who was medically dead) escape the Space dock in the Pelican, and get back to to PoA..

Mission 02: Reunion
<cutscene>
Chief awakens with Hood's voice coming in over the Comm. Chief sees that his BR isn't functional anymore, so he grabs a Plasma Rifle, and jumps out of the ship..and sees Covenant forces in the hangar

Objectives : :
* Break out of the Hangar, and through forces of Elites,Grunts,Jackals,Brutes,etc.
* Fight your way to the Bridge, and kill the forces closing in on Hood.
* Hood tells you to get to a Hangar Bay, because "Your Spartans are waiting".
* Fight your way to the Hangar Bay
-Reunion-

You meet up with the Spartans, who have re-enforced a Pelican, and have stockpiled weapons.
Fred, Will, and Kelly step up and suggest that they bring heat-resistant chutes..because of what happened on Reach.

The Pelican's "Hot Drop" into Reach, where 4 Spartans were KIA--

The Pelican goes towards Earth, and is partially destroyed by Seraphs..the Spartans drop out, and enter the atmosphere...and land on Earth

Mission 03: And we're back..from outerspace...
<cutscene>
The Spartans land in Chicago (where Foundation is located) which is under siege by Covenant forces..

Objectives : :
* Split up and fight your way into the city.
* Take back a Marine base which is under attack.
* Rally with the Marines, and meet up with the other Spartans outside of the City Square
* Fight your way into the center of the square, retake city Hall..get to the roof. It is now your Evac point.
* The Pelican is shot down before reaching you, so fight your way to the city limits with your forces and marines..
You are evaced by a few Pelicans, and are En Route to Africa..where the Covenant have hit hardest.
Mission 04: ?
Objectives : :
* When you reach Africa, the Pelican Pilot tells you to get ready to get out, the drop will be hot...similar to The Silent Cartographer
* Fight your way up a hill through Covenant forces, and confuse their encampment with hit-and-run tactics until Marine re-enforcements arrive via Dropships..
* Destroy the encampment with your forces, and at afar some Longswords do an airstrike on surviving forces (like in the Halo 2 E3 demo).
Now you need to be evac.ed once again, and are headed towars Voi..
Fade to black
Mission 05:
Take control of the Arbiter
Objectives : :
* Fight through forces of Brutes out of the Control room
* Get back to your Scarab
* The Arbiter must defend the Scarab from incoming fire either from on the Scarab, or in a Banshee as you make your way to a Phantom
* They all board the Phantom, and leave Delta Halo..then make their way to High Charity
* Fight through waves of Flood to a working Covenant ship.
Mission 06:
Take control of the Arbiter
Objectives : :
* On the way, you meet Cortana and scoop her up..
* Continue fighting through Flood, and you meet up with some Elites and Marines who have teamed up to fight the Flood..
* Help your comrades
* Move as a group through a Flood-ravaged city, and reach a ship..
* On the way out of HC in the small ONI Stealth ship (a Prowler), Gravemind lashes a tentacle at you, and almost makes you crash, but you recover, and enter slipspace.
Mission 07: Down...but not out
On the way to Voi, to escort Marines who have a Nuke, your Pelican is shot down by a Covenant Artillery Unit..
Objectives : :
* You are plit up from your Spartans and Marines by the wreckage..
* Get off of the Highway, and attempt to get to Voi from the under-ground tunnels
* Halfway on the way to Voi, the tunnel is blasted..either exit and go up top and fight more Covenant out in the open..or stay in the tunnel and fight less Covenant in closed spaces.
--The Road to Voi--
* You meet the Marines who have made it far..link up with them, and continue to escort them to Voi, which is their next checkpoint.
* Your Spartans meet up with you again, and you all escort the Marines..fight Covenant along the way.
* Near Voi, you are ordered to head back to the wreckage of Mombasa..you allow your Spartans to go along with the Marines, and go alone.
Mission 08: The Ark
Objectives : :
* Fight your way through the Covenant infested Space Elevator ruins seen in the trailer.
* You see why you were called, and wish you had brought your other Spartans..hundreds of Covenant ships have jumped into the Earth's atmosphere, and as hovering over a gigantic structure..
* The structure activates as Chief overloooks it from a cliff, and when the light (to link up with the Halo's network..similar to a private internet connection) shoots out, he (being a Forerunner decendant like all humans) is knocked out momentarily from being too close..

The Covenant Dropship int.
Chief, and some Spartans are seen escaping Reach with Battle Rifles, on to the Ascendant Justice...and then jump away from Reach..

Your vision blurs, as you wake up slowly..apparently only seconds after passing out.
Mission 09: ??
Objectives : :
* Fight your way down the Cliff/Hill to the Ark
* Enter the Ark via one f the many outer entrances
* When you get in, you meet Monitor 00 (white in color) of the Ark..installation 00.
* He brings you to the center..it's a gigantic circular room, with strange holes, and protrusions in the walls all around...it seems like a giant keyhole.
Then Chief sees the Forerunner ship 'parked' nose up in the structure, and spinning extremely slowly..
Mission 10: The _(Prowler's name)_
Objectives : :
* 343 GS senses Flood onboard, so Cortana flies the ship while the Arbiter, Marines, and Elites head to the rear of the ship...
* Eliminate the immediate Flood threat..
* Cortana will decompress the infected compartments, so get back to the Bridge.
* Fight through Brutes who were pre viously hidden, and close the pressure doors behind you each step of the way..
<cutscene>
Cortana closes the emergency pressure doors, and releases all compartments' atmosphere besides the Bridge.
Miranda asks Johnson how he got off of Halo, so he explains shortly while a scene of the Pelican flying off Halo, Halo blowing up, then the Pelican and Chief's Longsword linking up to enter the Ascendant Justice, and leave Halo
The Prowler exits Slipspace, and time/date/location stamps appear at the bottom of the screen as you see Mars come into view...
Time to pay a Visit to Chiron.
