"So much of what we do is ephemeral and quickly forgotten, even by ourselves, so it's gratifying to have something you have done linger in people's memories." John Williams

The atmosphere of the unknown. No, it's not the same as we have now. Since we literally know nothing, we can't speculate and theorize on anything. With a teaser trailer or announcement of some-sort, people will start to put together wild theories.

I'm talking insane theories just like we have for H2, H3, ODST, Aerospace etc. Once Bungie comes out of the dark, activity will kick back up. New members will join, bungie.next will be here and all will be great in this world.

PS, the navbar was my 2nd choice, just for you Achilles.

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

Johnrap. Gone but not forgotten.

What happened to him?
Permalolled for something utterly, utterly pointless (his post, not the ban). Hung around in private for a bit, but ultimately lost interest.

Trailer Park Boys ~ One of the best Canadian made comedies ever.

It's always fun to see when a new Halo game is first released and everyone is asking questions about it and discussing how the online MP is. I find it very exciting.

I rememeber back when Halo 2 was first released, man, for the first 4months everybody was talking about it nonstop. Defintely an interesting atmosphere, oh yeah and Frankie was doing the community updates.

That one thing that I miss... Active forums, even the classifieds was active. And Halo news, I remember back when we got glimpses of new Halo games, Halo 3 was the best pre-release era; We had a lot of game news.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

I who walk alone in this world wrapped in the arms of the past not knowing what lies ahead of me. What am I? A soulless being to be beaten by the rage of those who hate me? Cutting my way past hopes and dreams. Sit in the window sill as I do every day and night resignations on my slate of who I am and what is left behind. Concealed in the words that chases my every thought. I who walk alone in this world…I am broken

I remember having an argument with him involving the use of something similar to Wolfram that does your homework for you. Total idiot, good riddance.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

All of those.
