Does anyone else think Halo 3 was two or three levels short? It just felt rushed This is on my mind because I'm replaying all the games in preparation for Halo 4.

I run Skirmish!!!

Not so much, halo 2 was the only halo game with more than 10 campaign levels and i think it had 15. That was the best campaign IMO. Halo CE had 10 levels, halo 3 had 10 levels and lolreach had 10, not counting the lone wolf one at the end.

There should have been a level between The Ark and The Covenant. Maybe two levels.

Anything else would be changing the story. Though I wouldn't mind if The Covenant had looked like it's concept.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

It did seem just a bit fast, but it did have as many levels as other games.

Black Ops 2 I run two accounts warmup only at 1.97kdr...real is at 3.77. i'm in master division 4 league play. pm 4 clan inv...must have 2.5 kdr or better

Two levels were cut from the game, so Microsoft did rush the game. Halo 2 and Halo 3 were both suppose to be longer.

The shortest level is I think Nightfall from Reach. I completed it in 3:45 seconds in a speedrun. I used to use that map to complete weekly challenges that required skulls or legendary. There's only one checkpoint where you have to be lucky.. Halo Reach also the falcon on the opening mission to skip most of the fighting. Pretty much all the Halo campaigns have glitches and holes which can help you speedrun the game faster, but I found a lot in Halo Reach. I think it's too easy because even the "harder" parts can be avoided. I mean the autoturret part you don't have to shoot until near the end. You simply run around and reactivate the turrets and just as you reach one another is usually damaged.

Long Night of Solace and Exodus are long. However, Exodus has many shortcuts with the jetpack and the ending battle can be completely bypassed. LNoS just annoys me for some reason. I guess I'm bad at that mission.

ODST was the easiest and shortest, but some people consider it Halo 3 DLC. I do not...I actually think it's the best story in the series. The characters were way better than Halo 2 or 3 and Reach was just terrible in my eyes (storywise). The gameplay was a mix and it had a film feel sort of like Halo 3.

Halo 2 to me was too sci fi for my tastes and Halo Reach felt like Michael Bay meets Star Trek. I just didn't feel those games as much as Halo 3. The guilty spark fight was terrible imo and it would lose a point for that.
