More so from my iPad than my phone, but on occasion if I'm out and about and I find a need to post, I'll jump on the cellular.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

Hardly ever. I have the app on my Ipad, but i prefer a computer or lap top screen for forum activity.

I post from a mobile device a few times a week (usually at work). I have an amazing phone (SGS3) and a pretty decent tablet (Acer Iconia A500), so it's not too much of a hassle, really. I don't like to write novels on a mobile device, but short, concise posts are easy enough.

Not sure whether the scale is easiest to hardest or vice versa, but I'd say that if the site were laid out slightly differently, it'd make a world of difference. For instance, for me to share something in a private group. I'd have to-
-Navigate to Bungie.net
-Click on Profile
-Click on Groups
-Click on the specific group
-Click on Forums

It'd be nice to see this process streamlined, some. Bungie doesn't update Reach or Halo 3 Stats anymore, or handle anything with the Halo franchise, yet there's still homepage shortcuts to view each. It'd be nice to see those buried a bit underneath menus, and bring forward a couple shortcuts people could actually use on a daily basis (like Groups).
