(if old please remove I dont know how too)

I want to know one thing why did Bungie Remove the Health bars? Only Shield Remains
I know it makes it more balance and less confusing but why cant they add like three bars at least so that way people can surive longer firefights.

If anyone here who knows any info please post it would be helpful

oh yeah and what happened to the overshield and actice camo in the campaign i mean in Halo CE there was tons of these to help give player a boost. Or maybe to make lendgendary harder?

how are you going to survive a fight knowing you have 1% more health? your health goes down so fast it almost doesnt matter how much health you have left.

i think they removed it cause it just took up space.

You survive just as long with the one bar in halo 2 as you do with the 5 or so bars in halo 1, it probably just made the game less confusing and easier to make, they did say that they had to rush it a little after all...

Its better to just have a sheild as you dont have to worry about the health or if your down to one make sure you find some health packs

Honestly, do you think that there are medic packs laying around ancient forerunner structures? Just isn't real. I was proud of Bungie for removing it.

Haha. And you think that overshilelds and rocket launchers would be?

The game wasn't supposed to be about trying to find health packs. It would also make fore more camping (in Halo 1, you stand near a health pack with your pistol and just pick off the wounded). Don't get me wrong, I liked the health bar. I think that it should be included for MP as an option, along with everything else from both games.

yeah true once shield are gone boom dead but i mean there has to be a way to get around that i mean of course a shot to the head with no shield ur dead no doubt but i mean three health bars are too much to ask i mean sure it can be a second form of protection and to limit this there would be no health packs plus the game host can remove this option if he wanted but yeah then again it would make the game longer......
But one thing they could have left is for the campaign is to have some or hidden active camo or overshield.

The Oversheilds are for the Elites I guess they just leave equipment around much like they left communication equipment and weapons around. Since Johns Sheild is simlair to the Covenants I'm guessing Cortana is able to figure out a way to link them togaether.

Also In Halo everywhere you find guns you will either find human blood and/or dead Marines

This is not a Super Nintendo Game

I do find it odd that the new, more advanced armor is somehow incapable of giving you advanced protection from gunfire when the shields are down, and is also incapable of monitoring your health.

You still have some health after your Shield goes down, it is just not visible. You can take a few shots to your armor before you die, and it seems to be about similar to the amount of protection your health bar gave you in Halo:CE (altho thats just from memory, and depends on difficulty). I guess the in-game reason is that your suit fills you up with stims and bio-foam when your shield recharges, so you don't have to rely on finding a med pack every time your shield goes down.
