It sounds to me like you're an amazing player, good enough to be accused of cheating. This happens to me when I pick up a pistol in Halo PC, along with every other pistol-lover out there. People don't consider that you've played for (checking Xfire) 26 hours this week and are simply that good.
Now as for the screenjack thing, I did a google search for this application, hack, whatever, and it appears it's a feature in a game called Siren, and nothing more. I would dismiss screenjack as proof of aimbotting, as some people are that good. Like an aimbot, they're right on it, the reticle is right over someone's head as soon as possible. Now, if someone were to crouch and the reticle didn't move from where their head used to be, I would be suspicious.
Considering that I believe that Screenjack doesn't exist, however, I won't accept it as proof. Them seeing your screen? I don't think so. Not without them doing something similar to remote desktop, in other words viewing your computer without your permission.
