Amputate it.

I was about to recommend that.

It only hurts for a second. I promise.

No, use hydrochloric acid. It's better for the healing.

Trust me. ^^

Ranch Dressing. I'm not being sarcastic actually, however rather 'un-doctorly' I may appear.

all right, I used spray butter and it sorta works.....ARRRGGHHH!!!! Nevermind, it still hurts. Yep, I think spread butter might work better but I don't have any soft enough and I am to lazy to microwave it.

it works, but is bad to use. the cream can get into the burn and cause more damage than before (least with 2nd-3rd degree burns). i suggest just running your thumb under cool/cold water for a few minutes, wash it, and have your mommy kiss your boo-boo. (it works for me!)

Butter is NOT good for burns, for reasons previous stated, and that it's an insulator which means it keeps the heat in, doesn't get rid of it...

I cut my index finger open today at my locker my backpack was stuck and i pull hard on it and a peice broke off and was stuck in a little crevis. So i put my fingers in there and tried to pull it out and when the peices came out i slashed my finger open and blood started gushing out. The good thing about me cutting my finger was i got to miss class time the bad part is my pants are all blood stained
