Does anybody else find it strange that the Credit value associated with the Daily & Weekly Challenges has remained consistently low since the launch of Halo: Reach? Sure, the Weekly Challenge values may have gone up a little bit to being usually around the 20,000cR area, but still...
Considering how long the game has been out, you'd think that the values would have increased by now - especially when you can do Firefight Custom Challenges for 10,000cR each and reach the 200,000cR daily maximum in a matter of hours. If it were not for that, the Challenges would still be ok, but they are almost irrelevant now really because who would choose to do them when you could do one for 10,000cR every hour?
Taking a look at some other games - Gears of War, Call of Duty, etc., generally after time goes on you start seeing EXP multipliers. It's strange that we haven't seen an increase of cR-earning in Halo: Reach all that drastically in terms of Challenges and simply in-game earning.
Will 343 increase the daily maximum? Will they add multipliers before Halo 4 comes out to help those completionists finish the game?
I am not so concerned myself about ranking up, more-so just curious as to the relevance of the Daily and Weekly Challenges... because they really are almost laughable considering what you can earn in Custom Challenges.
Thoughts?
