RIP BerserkerBarage DeathPimp72

Are you still active in the group?

Mine was a little group titled Halo 3 in the WorkPlace which evolved to The WorkPLace. Of the groups that I currently take part in, The WorkPlace takes up most of my posts.

I joined to take part in conversations in which I was one of the younger members. In the mains, I consider myself to be on the older side of the average. In The WorkPlace, I'm on the younger side of those old farts.

So lets hear em guys.

1 - First group you joined
2 - Reason for joining
3 - Do you remain active in said group

I probably joined private groups before then, but the first group I was rather active in was BUNGLE. I found the April Fool's day presentation to be hilarious, and I searched to see if a private group had been made for the League yet, and there was, so I joined.

I'm not nearly as active as I once was, hopefully that will change with either the release of Halo 4 or Bungie's next game.

OTK was probably the first group I joined back in the day. Still active in it.

Joined The WorkPLace about two years ago. Fun times!

OTK was the first one I actually joined. I think I'm still stuck in the queue line of the second group I tried joining.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

MTK Soldiers....twas the first group I was invited to and I just joined for the heck of it...now it's part of my legacy.

  • 09.28.2012 9:10 AM PDT

Owners of the Katana was the first 'real' group I joined.
I joined because it was an awesome idea and very relevant at the time.
I check it every single day and I have for almost four years now.

My television tells me to panic, but I don't think I'll listen.
The apathetic force us to persevere, with their backwards priorities.

1 - I created a group, not joined one. Its called Rose of Sharon.
2 - I created the group so my friends and I could organize custom games in Halo: Reach
3 - Not really. TBH it was never an active group, but I'm still in it.

ooga booga boooh

I think The Upper Echelon was the first group I joined, because I was down with gold bars. I'm still in the group, but it died down after Reach came out, ultimately. I'm more there for the nostalgia of it.

RIP Halo 2: November 9, 2004-May 10, 2010
I was the 2nd to last person to get kicked off Halo 2, see the thread Here

My first group was the Seventh Column Troopers. I think I joined because it was the first recruitment message I ever got. I am still part of the group, but it's completely dead now.

  • 09.28.2012 9:33 AM PDT

Erm, I think it was 'Ready to Reach'. That was the first invite I got back in 2010 when I first started posting (2008 to 2010 I only came to look at my stats).

I wondered if that group still was out there. I was the 5th member. I left when certain nefarious individuals tried to subvert it.

My first group - Halo 3 in the WorkPLace which is now simply The WorkPLace.
Why? They invited me. Long story.
Am I still active? It is my internet home.

3 - Do you remain active in said group?

1. Don't remember. It was years and years and years ago.
2. Probably because some guy sent me an inbox message telling me if I joined I'd become awesome.
3. Nope.
