Questions lead to learning, learning leads to kowledge, knowledge leads to understanding, understanding leads to peace.

"I would kill to get a killionaire... 10 times... digitally."

Nice read DeeJ! Your soon (tm) kills me a little bit inside though. Anyways, here's what probably happens at BUNGIE on a daily basis:

..........

It was supposed to be an easy job; they just had to run into the Office Space of Bungie, Snatch the target, do a Quick Change of clothes, then be Gone in 60 Seconds. They had even hired Agent Ocean, a famed Ronin from Japan, and Agent Ocean's Eleven highly trained Reservoir Dogs, widely known for their ability to appear like a puddle of water. Everything was set, they even had a code for danger, a question that was to be asked in Old English. It all went well until they made it to the front door, where Jerome was waiting. In between the bloody smacks of his giant hammer, one could almost here the faint whispers of "O Brother Where Art Though?" And Sages beard was safe... for now.

..........

Tell me what you guys think. Do you think I should make it less realistic?

A man named Ronin was working in his Office Space when he got a call that his brother was missing. He did a Quick Change and was Gone in 60 Seconds to go looking for him but got chased by some Reservoir Dogs and while running his hat fell off. As he went to Snatch up his dropped hat he yelled "O Brother, Where Art Thou?. As he ran by a trash can he saw a copy of Ocean's Eleven and threw it to scare off the dogs. A search and rescue unsuccessful, Ronin walked home alone in the Heat.

I apologize for the run-on.

DeeJ was hard at work in his office space when he saw Urk doing a quick change of ling-ling jars. The heads of reservior dogs were his choice. Ronin, his seventh brother from Oceans 11, was gone in 60 seconds never to be found. "O brother where art though?" DeeJ said to himself.

What advice do you have for a man with a broken heart?

Duct Tape. That stuff fixes everything.

Giggity

Still, I can't believe you let that into the Sack, Deej. You must have a faulty circut somewhere. Now, where did I put that warranty paper. I know it's around here somewhere...

It was another Ocean's 11. The office space that Ronin sat in was gone in sixty seconds, still ringing with the sound of the explosion. The heat from dozens of fires would have been maddening at any other time. But there was only the corpse. Snatch, as the other Reservoir Dogs called him, lay dead in a heap, his skin melted by the Quick Change Tachyon Collider. Ronin hung his head and despairingly sent Snatch's body to the underverse with the sacred oath, O Brother, Where Art Thou?

I don't always ban people but when I do I laugh uncontrollably...that's if I was a Forum Ninja.

Truth is a matter of perception.

The Button

My question got into part of the challenge. That counts for something, right?

Ocean's 11and Ocean's 13 are the best heist movies, anyone who disagrees is wrong.

OT: Another nice read.

Once upon a time, two guys were sitting on a bench. The first guy turns to the second guy and says, "What are your favorite movies?" The second guy replies, "Ronin, Ocean's Eleven, Office Space, Quick Change, Snatch, Gone in 60 Seconds, Reservoir Dogs, and O Brother Where Art Thou."

You win... Period. DeeJ, please give him the presidency medal of honor.

Yeah... I really don't think anyone will top that.

But we can still try!

I've added my masterpiece to Page 2 if any of you would like to risk your eyes on it. But I'll warn you: perfection to this level is known to blind all those who look upon it.

"Hey Marty."
"Yeah Paul?"
"What are your 8 favorite heist movies of all time?"
"Well, I'd probably have to go with Reservoir Dogs, Oceans 11, Quick Change, O Brother Where Art Thou, Ronin, Snatch ,Gone in 60 Seconds and Office Space; why do you ask?"
"Just wonderin."

Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

-Me

Ronin and his brother knew they had to be Gone is 60 Seconds, but they couldn't find there way around the Office Space. This job was supposed to be an easy Quick Change, Snatch the package then replace it with the fake one. The brothers split up to make the job go faster. They knew they had to get this done, because if either Oceans 11 or Reservoir Dogs got there hands on the package, that gang would have the upper hand and that couldn't happen. Having split up however, they had trouble finding each other, and the calls of "O Brother where Art Thou" echoed through the empty halls.

Just for fun. Couldn't keep it to just five sentences, unless you're willing to accept a very loose definition of "sentence".

<Ron> Thanks for trying down there, Dogs, but I should have just gone in
[Sixty seconds until impact.]
<Ron> *in to the office; spaceflight has its inherent risks, but no one bothered to mention the ship's faulty fuel reservoir.
<Dogs> natch
[...]
[Thirty seconds until impact.]
[...]

<Ron> Quick, change course and try to find a body of water to crash in. Earth was supposed to be here in this system, that blasted rock is full of oceans.
[Eleven seconds.]
<Dogs> nothing i can do, brother - wher eartth ought to be is no longer our concern
[Ten.]
<Ron> *where Earth ought to be
[Nine.]
