I know how some people like new games to be complete surprises and won't read or watch anything about the game until it comes out and they play it. Are you one of those people?

Nope, I'm definitely reading weekly updates and whatever Bungie gives us about Destiny.

We aren't here to ruin your experience (Well Qbix is).

Of course I will. I'll then spoil it for everyone.

oh looooooool I thought you meant actual game-story and such. Lol who cares about spoilers before the game comes out? Unless the games leaked, everyone pretty much knows everything about a game.

I'll probably try to avoid spoilers, but it's not a big deal if I read something that will spoil part of the game, I still get to play through it anyway.

Dear tomorrow, Find some sensibility, Respond to emotion.
Dear Politician, Define sagacity,
All chances of survival are beginning to diminish.
Comedy is no excuse for our own blasphemies.
Mass media, Mass pessimism, Mass Denial.
My television tells me to panic, but I don't think I'll listen.
The apathetic force us to persevere, with their backwards priorities.

I will watch new info about the game such as graphics, gameplay, etc., but I will not watch critical story spoilers.

I'm definitely avoiding them this time around. I've always wanted to do it for one game, and what better a time than the first game of a new trilogy.

  • 09.28.2012 1:29 PM PDT

Dude, i'll be on bungie for breakfast, lunch and dinner for any scraps I can find.

  • 09.28.2012 1:34 PM PDT

I'll try to avoid them. I generally do for games. However, if they come with weekly updates before the release of the game, I'll likely fail to restrain myself and I will end up reading them. I'll still get to play it, so I'll be fine.

I'm a stubborn guy. I love to argue my opinion, but unlike others, I'll try to see your side of the problem. I'm a triathlete, with a very heavy empephis on the swimming bit. Also, don't hate on the ~Quinton~ at the end of my posts. Why are you still reading this? #creeper #hashtagcashmoney for hashtaging on Bungie.net

I'll try to avoid spoilers by the Community. I'll read anything and everything posted by Bungie.

Tag 'm and Bag 'm

No, I want to know everything about the game, except the story ofcourse, before I'm going to buy/play it. Also I'll probably read the manual on the ride home to check out how everything works.

This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends;
Not with a bang but a whimper.

Heck no. I'm going to be reading everything I can about Destiny.

Yes, I will do everything in my power to avoid any LEGITIMATE spoilers; whatever Bungie releases is fair game.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

This. Bungie wouldn't tell us any plot twists or complete story-lines that would make the game less enjoyable. Doesn't Bungie like our feedback too?

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

No, I'm going to soak up all the info Bungie gives us.

Are you serious?

You just lost the game. Now facepalm yourself for clicking this :P

In regards to bare bones info about release, gameplay, etc., yes. But for in depth story details, NO.

There's a guy at my Magic the Gathering club who does not read a word about upcoming expansion sets because he wants every new pack he opens to be a whimsical discovery of some new card.

Knowing Bungie, it'll take forever to get any details.

You have no idea how revolting I can be.

DeeJ's Challenge

I tend to have a "schedule" of sorts that allows me to learn about the game and its features with a small amount of spoilers. Then I really refine all of my searches after a certain point so I just get very specific results about updates to the info I already know.
