I sure miss the Friday updates.

Same here!

Man, this makes me feel pretty good. Sadly, my sleepiness makes me a dim burning. Tomorrow I will be big and bright, though. Mark my words!

"And i will show you where the iron crosses grow..."

I am glad i am here with all of you and im proud to still be active on this site and keeping it burning bright.

I'm awesome...No seriously I am.

To be here is kinda like having a second Family. I haven't been on B.net in a while, but every time I come back here it always gives me a warm feeling. Like knowing that you're around people that want to do the things you want to do, or discuss those topics that not everyone at your home, school, or workplace want to talk about.

And when a company like Bungie is able to give me that feeling that I am part of this community that helps out each and every day to help this place grow and thrive successfully, Then you know their doing a damn fine job of making me feel important.

TBH the community forum is extremely boring IMO. It's mainly reposts all day everyday, posts about how awesome Bungie is and Bungie scenario threads. Not to mention the fact that it moves excruciatingly slowly. This is why I mainly post on the Flood. However, the Bungie Community is awesome. And it feels nice to know that we're appreciated by Bungie.

What does it mean to you that we burn bright in the eyes of Bungie?

I like to think that we're fueling them. We're burning bright, like some kind of power system pushing them toward making the awesome universe they're making. It's rekindling the passion they have for their project every time they visit the forum, and perhaps we are inspiring Bungie as much as they inspire us.

How does it make you feel to be here and be appreciated?
I'm proud to be here, and happy to be a part of a community that has gotten smaller, and more close-knit since the darkening. I am happy to support Bungie in whatever way I can, and being here apart of this community I feel is good for both myself, you guys, and them. I love being here with you all, and I'm so happy to have a home like the Septagon.

Are there any kind words of your own you'd like to share?
I venture to say that we've shaken off the half-hearted. The people you see on these forums- these people are the heart and soul of the Seventh Column. Bungie's "underground army", as it has been called- we are those at the heart of it. Our passion and diligence is commendable, and I am honored to be among such great fans.

Day by day I find the darkness to be more consuming. I don't come here as much as I used to anymore. But alas, every once in a while I'll peek my head in the forums and see what's new. Once a member of the Seventh Column, always a member.

It's not really burning bright, I'd describe us more as a dim torch, with really low batteries.

That TL;DR is strongly appreciated.

I can't believe that they would pay attention to us and the smaller details on a level that most of us have come to believe. They know we are still here...waiting, but I think they just say burn bright as a fob off excuse as to why they don't see us more. I mean, I know we have the weekly breaking in's and mail-sacks, but it just feels like a drunken dad who's never home. He comes in once a week to tell us to burn bright, but he hasn't got the time to sit down and talk. But hey, we're big boys now, gotta get through this on our own. :P

I'm a stubborn guy. I love to argue my opinion, but unlike others, I'll try to see your side of the problem. I'm a triathlete, with a very heavy empephis on the swimming bit. Also, don't hate on the ~Quinton~ at the end of my posts. Why are you still reading this? #creeper #hashtagcashmoney for hashtaging on Bungie.net

For some reason I think Bungie is going to reward the ones who have been active during the darkness.

One of my favourite things about Bungie is that I feel like my voice is actually heard. To them we're not just a mob of people, but actual individuals.

Soffish: Do not eat!
TWP Assistant Director.

I wonder how many variations of this thread we can make to drive Bungie just nuts. (Please don't do this people.) That will teach them to go dark ha ha! I think it's safe to say we have a pretty good core of loyals here.

I think my title bar hurts their eyes.

How does it make you feel to be here and be appreciated? Are there any kind words of your own you'd like to share?

It makes me feel pretty important to the epicness of Bungie's new game.

I love the fact that the forums are so well put together. Bungie is awesome.

Just an average Iowa State University student. Go Cyclones!

I've said it to many people, and I'm happy to say it again: in my opinion, there is no developer that puts more effort into interacting with and being part of their community than Bungie. It's a special kind of company that makes its supporters such a high priority. Bungie is one of the few that does, and it's why Bungie remains my favorite developer.
