Subject: Create an easter egg for Destiny

We aren't here to ruin your experience (Well Qbix is).

LOL a secret cache of Armor locks

I'd just mash all of the easter eggs from the previous games into Destiny, but not all at once. One on one level and the other on another level, etc.

Marathon comes out in a secret place and you get recon/security's armor

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

A Marathon room, a Myth room, and a Halo room. Rage for reference.

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

They should have a Bnet reference.

yep a shout out to the community for waiting so patiently in the darkness would be sweet.

Marty... and Siege of the Madrigal
My thoughts exactly. Also, the memorial wall with a list of users who stayed throughout the darkness would be really cool.
Yeah, this would be a really sweet idea.

This could be a feasible idea.

I don't always ban people but when I do I laugh uncontrollably...that's if I was a Forum Ninja.

Truth is a matter of perception.

My thoughts exactly. Also, the memorial wall with a list of users who stayed throughout the darkness would be really cool. It wasn't my idea, but it went something like the following:
Brig Gen Foman
Maj Burrito
SSgt Mythical Wolf
Brig Gen Duardo
Col Evilcam
Gen Achronos
Etc.

Granted, there would be several thousand names on it, but that honestly is not all that many. Ranks could be determined based on trust rating and title prefixes.
(Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = PVT
Honorable (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = Cpl
Veteran (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = SSgt
Noble (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = MSgt
Senior (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = MGySgt
Elder (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = SgtMaj
Intrepid (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = 1st Lt
Fabled (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = Capt
Exalted (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) Member = Maj
Forum Ninja = Col
Master Forum Ninja = Brig Gen
Bungie Employee = Lt Gen
Superuser = Gen

(All of these are legitimate Marine Corps ranks, but they could just as well be fictional if that was somehow preferable)

Best. Idea. Ever.

Something epic that showed symbolism of these times.
A dark room that's only source of light came from a blue-flamed torch, under witch would have a plaque with the Septagon on it and it would say "The 7th Column". The back wall would have the signatures of all the employees at Bungie written on it. And when you walked in it played The Siege of Madrigal.

The symbolism is that we, the community, are the torch.
For Bungie is still running dark, but were burning bright. And blue.

If you've seen 1984 then I'd like Room 101. And when you first open it it's the beautiful scene of the rolling hills. Then when you walk into it, it turns into Room 101 from the movie. I feel like that'd make a very cool easter egg, especially in an open world game.

A small museum with a fish tank in it that has a miniature city mildly flooded by the water. A poster would be above it with the words 'THE FLOOD', and one of the skyscrapers in the mini city has the 7th column symbol on its front, referencing the Bungie Community forum.
