As some of you know that Bill Gates is Retiring From Microsoft to continue on his own Foundation for AIDS/HIVS.

Well my question for Bungie is..

Is this going to change your production rate for Halo 3, and will the new so called owner of Microsoft toy with the release date of the game?

BG isn't overseeing Ms any more he is just collecting the profit, i'm just asking if the owner or big boss guy is going to mess with bungie's speed on the production of the game.

Facts are the enemy of tru7h....

I don't think it'll make all that much difference to the way the company does business as a whole. So i don't think we'll see a step up or step down in any area of production.

While we in the general public see Microsoft=Bill Gates, thats not the way business works... Besides isn't he taking like 2 years to step down??

Bill Gates isn't gone.

He's retiring from his CEO job in 2008. His 'Foundation for AIDS/HIVS.' is a charity organization, they don't actually research AIDS or HIV.

like someone else said, Bill Gates isn't going to retire until 2008. Halo 3 is scheduled to come out in 2007 as of now. So no it shouldn't affect Bungie and their progress on Halo 3.

He's not retiring. He's just not going to run activities on the day to day basis. He'll still be CEO, he's just going to focus on his charity more.
