Poll: Good idea? Would you like to see this? [closed]

Before Backwash came out, Bungie was saying that visibility was very low on that map, and you could barely see in front of you. We ended up being able to see a lot more on that map than I was lead to believe (probably for gameplay reasons), but that gave me an idea for Halo 3 multiplayer: Weather that changes.
Imagine you play a level one day, and it's sweltering-hot. The sun is really bright and reflects on the armor of the chief more, and you can see the heat "distortion" above the ground when looking in the distance. Then you play the next day, and it's an absolute monsoon. Visiblity is very low, you can't hear as well over the sound of the rain, pools of water are collecting on muddy ground. Maybe you even make mud tracks and drip water off of your armor when you go inside? When it snowed, bodies of water could become frozen and grass could be frosted over. The wind direction would determine what direction the smoke and debris from explosions blew in.
I originally thought the weather should be within 24-hour periods, like "today it is raining on Backwash." But the weather should not depend on the time and date on the users' X-Box's; If on July 10th it was always clear, and on July 11th the map was snowy, users could set their system clocks for the earlier date and have a tremendous advantage. Variable weather could only work if all the players in that game had the same weather conditions. If that were the case, then the weather would be better to change with individual games. Imagine starting a game of Team Slayer and seeing "Gametype: Team Slayer, Starting Weapon: Assault Rifle, Weapons on Map: Default, Weather Condition:Raining."
I'm not a programmer, and I don't know what the X-Box 360 is capable of. But something like this would be a tremendous addition of realism, and something to shake up the gameplay. I think it's an awesome idea.
I'm adding a poll. Please vote on it. It's amazing how open Bungie is to community response, and I'm hoping this idea will generate enough of a response for somebody from Bungie to notice.
