Knights of the Old RepublicPosted by: stoshI only have one account. Who the hell is x Lord Revan x?"Look, everybody always figures the time they live in is the most epic, most important age to end all ages. But tyrants and heroes rise and fall, and historians sort out the pieces." -Jolee Bindo
Yes, we have known this for some time now.
Yea, I bet bungie would let a Halo 3 book come out before the game...MORON.

In high definition baby!
Yeah, like almost everybook based on a movie.
First of all, buy all three of the Halo books. They are well worth the $6 or $7 dollar per book price. Excellent reads.Judging by the first three books, I'd say Eric Nylund's new book will fill in some side stories either during Halo 2 or between Halo 2 and Halo 3.
Yeh borders has all three books for 13 dollars which isent bad and its in a boxed set I think I will buy them thanks blue rex.
Only buy the Flood if you really need to read the stuff that's not in the game. Most of the Covenant portions are garbage; they read like bad fanfiction. But definitely get the other two.
I agree the Flood wasn't as good as either Fall of Reach or First Strike, but it did give some cool side stories about the time when the Chief was on Halo during the first game. I think the Flood also was the first hint that Bungie wanted to tell the Covenant's side of the story. I say it's worth a read.

defanitly buy all three
Heh, I just got all three books in a package today. I ordered them in a boxed set from Amazon for 13 bucks (about 18 with shipping/tax). I've only had time to read the first couple chapters in "The Fall of Reach" and it is pretty good.
