So you'd willingly let your friend exploit your friendship and break the rules?Almost, just you know when they mean harm and when they don't. With a stranger, you cannot know.
What I'm trying to say is when a member has been around for longer, some Ninjas give them some leeway because they're probably not intending to break rules.
If it's blatant, they will receive punishment.
There was thread awhile back where a member was having a discussion about F@G, this is the name of a group and it was clear he in no way intended to bypass the filter as its spelled with the @ not an a. I and other members were having a discussion about the group until it got locked and the OP got banned, he was a member.
