Ok, heres the story. I was playing my xbox one day and I got 3 red lights on the ring. I figured my xbox was broke and decided to call microsoft. They said that my xbox was indeed broke and that they would send me a box.
Five days later, a five days without Halo 2, I hear a vehicle stop outside my house (I live in Alaska, so you know when a vehicle is at your house). I run upstairs to the front door, and there on my porch is the box. Overwhelmed with excitement, I take it inside and set it in my basement.
At this time I was ready for a match of Halo 2. However, after setting the box down and running to turn my xbox on, I noticed it still did not work. I would have expected more from the likes of microsoft, and here I am with an empty box and a broken console. This kind of service is unnacceptable and I can only hope microsoft can come up with something better.
