Well this may seem pointless, but its not. By answering this question you will be helping me on my path to greatness. Anyway- My question is.. If im at the part where you have to steal the engine from the Vulkars, how far am I from getting my lightsaber? Because I heard it gets good when you get the lightsaber. So far its boring and I cant do crap so thanks for helping.

Your actually pretty close, after you steal it and win the race, you go to Canderous and he takes you to some drug lords place where you steal his ship and fly to Dantooine where you become a Jedi and get your light saber =D

Yes because your lighsaber deflects lasers and you do these awesome flips and stuff all over the place, not to mention you get all kinds of crazy force powers and what not, and best of all, on tatooine you get an awesome blood thirsty droid! (I cant remember his name) but he's always good for a nice chuckle lol. Yeah, bein a jedi is fun.

HK-47 is the droid. Best character in the game.

KOTOR 2, not far off...w00t!

And yes, you are close, but you have to stay on Dantooine for a while once you get it, and most of Dantooine sucks ass.

We’ve watched while the stars burned
Out, and creation played in reverse.
The Universe freezing in half-light.
Once I thought to escape.
To end a master, step out of the
Path of collapse. Escape would make us God.
Yet I cannot help but remember one enigma,
A hybrid, elusive destroyer.
This is the one mystery I have not solved.
The only element unaccounted for.

It's HK-47, meatbag.
And just a hint- choose a class that corresponds to your current one.
Scoundrel-Consular
Scout-Sentinel (Best in my opinion)
Soldier-Gaurdian
And go for force push-whirlwind-wave if you are lightside. Best force line for offensive light side.

Force push/whirlwind/wave is good, but enemies such as terentateks and Malak are immune to them. Therefore I find it is better to go for these skills for your NPCs, and go for defensive powers such as speed, immunity, valour and armour for your character. This ensures that when your character is alone, and at his/her most vulnerable, you are still well protected and have a good chance to put in some powerful saber blows....

make sure you have at least 30 computer spikes before you go to the CENSORED at the end of the game. You can get the Drath Revan robe

Dude, you .....................................SPOILERS FOR BEZERKER, DON'T GO ANY FARTHER...................................................... .

ARE Revan. You must mean Malak. And if you get your will up enough, then they do affect him. I got mine high up enough, that I took down half his life with the Force Kill.

Yeah, I just realised that, and edited my post. I never got offensive powers to work on Malak, guess I didn't get my will high enough as you said. I suppose it's because I hardly raised my charisma and wisdom, in order to ensure my character had a good strength and dexterity....

I know that it says "immune" when you use it on them, but I've actually got it to paralyze them before. Maybe just lucky, but it worked. And when I first played though the game I had a few problems with the random sand people attacks. Not with force wave. Such a feeling of power... Walking into battle, raising your hand, and watching your enemies (literaly) fall before you...
Especially when you have enough force points to do it 25+ times in a row.

Depends on how high it is already. I'd say probably yes unless it's already beefed up, although if you are a soldier it won't help much. I had a semi-high wisdom as a scout/sentinal and ended with with nearly 300 force points, which was plenty. And pretty cool. If you are a scoundrel/consular then definitely.

the worst part of getting your lightsaber is running around in a -blam!- field killing dogs for more than 3 hours.....

Yeah, that sucked. But that was still better than being stuck on Taris....I like Korriban, it's fun.
