Yeah thats how it felt for me. Hopefully someone will put them all together and then when you watch it, it will be nice an long.

That is what it's going to be like with the Limited Edition of Halo 4 if I remember correctly. Every part is pieced together to make one big film with an additional 15 minutes or so of extra footage.

Sweet now I really wanna pre-order the limited edition but I really don't need a new xbox, Don't they have one in between standard and limited?.... Yes I haven't done that yet haha I know I know.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the production values but 2 episodes without Chief? Too much.

Also a little too much shakey cam and very close ups. Other than than the characters are solid, the acting solid etc etc.

Limited doesn't come with the Xbox, the two are actually completely separate. You can get the Limited Edition without getting the Halo 4 Xbox...as the two of them are different products. There's the Halo 4 and Halo 4 Xbox, and the Limited Edition are different things.

Ohhh I gotcha I think they may have sold out the Limited edition already because I cant find it on Game stop which makes me very sad if I already missed my chance to get it. I haven't had the chance to pre-order though.

Friends before pixels.

I think that there is some to be desired in the Squad Leader's actress, but overall I think it's an accurate representation of the Halo universe. I'll take this over a Halo movie.

Fingers crossed for a second season!

I did laugh quite a lot when I saw Frankie as the Janitor.

Could you guys who like it elaborate a bit on why? Is it because of the acting, characters, plot, music, setting, realisation?

Ummmm, frankie was not a janitor, he was holding a baton for hitting people...Most likely he was some form of disciplinary instructor of sorts.

He's a janitor. Otherwise he would've gotten in there and stopped the fight. That "baton" is a broom handle.

I thought I heard he was a janitor, but I wasn't sure. either way it was really funny seeing him in there.

I wonder if there is anybody else we missed in the episodes from 343..

Ive worked with the asian guy Osric Chao on the new movie "Fun Size" coming out next friday and he is awesome in person so I'm hoping he doesnt die. and yes i think it needs to be longer, maybe just wait till all 5 are out and watch them al lat one time. Its suppose to be 90 minutes long or something.

Tag 'm and Bag 'm

The series is good so far, but a bit shallow. But that is to be expected of a series with only 16min per episodes. That said it is a bit of a shame that the episodes are so short. It is nice to see the training of the marines though.

Yeah I like how they have more importance on them its cool to see that training as you said.

I like it because its not just halo in live action. It's a very well written (so far) story-driven series. The characters are great and I can't wait to see how it leads into Halo 4.

Yeah I agree and In my opinion I like how they decided to not make it soully about the Master chief, But another person, who is lasky, who is going to play a pretty big roll in Halo 4 Probably.

Hasn't that been going on for a very long time though? and the people working on it have a lot of experience with it, with trails and errors. This is new so the first season isn't necessarily going to be the greatest think in the world.

It's also not a seasonal tv show, it's just a miniseries. This is all we'll get.

But seriously though, that is an unfair comparison.

Haters are going to hate.
Praisers are going to praise.

The Bungie Forums are what keeps my mind sharp and my fingers active, between writing my own movie scripts, drawing, and studying industrial design. At the moment I'm working on miniatures for a short movie that I'll hopefully be able to film once I've saved up for a camera... That's me, with the mug, trying to have a conversation with Konoko.

Is it really unfair to compare it to another series, or even a movie? The guys who 343i hired to write and directed it do have enough experiance. They got ninety minutes, which should be enough for them to make something out of the story, and if it isn't; shouldn't they have thought up another one? As I see it, it all boils down to comparing what the series have done with their respective budgets.

What's it doing wrong, other than a bad actor or so? It may not be Citizen Kane, but the writing's good enough.

What a waste....

I love the series and I'm glad I'm getting the Halo 4 Limited Edition which comes with an extra 15 minutes (I think) of deleted content.

However I think that Chyler Silva dies at somepoint in Part 3 or 4 as she is not present in the Warthog chase finale in Part 5.

And I can't wait to see John, Fred and Kelly fight some Elites in the coming parts. I have a feeling that the fight scenes are going to be badass.
Silva...

WAIT.

Is her dad the ODST Major from the Flood?

Interesting ... You know what he could very well be.

Their CO mentions that Silva's parents were killed, making the ultimate sacrifice. She might be related, but not as a daughter.
