A) The force users can not just rip apart the fleet. Even if there are millions, the combination of Precursor, Forerunner, Covenant, and Human ships are too much. And the covenant can just make a high number of gravity hammers like the Fist of Rukt to manipulate gravity like the force can.
Yes, they can rip apart the fleet, a fleet of any size. Size, you see, matters not. There's a myriad of ways they could destroy the entire fleet with the Force, a Force lightening storm, opening black holes, manipulating their own forces or ships against them. And they could protect themselves with the Force as well.
You're arguing against literal space magic, something which surrounds, penetrates, and binds all that is. And on the side of Star Wars, are those with a rudimentary control to a mastery over it.
B) There would not be enough jedi, sith, and other force users to rip apart a fleet as big as the humans and covies combined. This would allow the humans to clear a path through the Star Wars ships with their nukes and MAC cannons. Then, the covenant can come in and glass their planets.
So, I choose B.
Star Wars ships outgun UNSC and Covie ships. By a lot. The power of their shields and turbolasers are far greater than the Halo fleets'. The math is here if you're interested. And on top of their superior firepower they will also know every move the Halo fleet is going to make before they even make it thanks to the precognitive powers of the Force users working in unison.
Whether you pick A or B, the outcome is the same.
