It is that you should never be on the same ship as a Spartan or be on a ship near a Spartan.

The Pillar of Autumn was obliterated
In Amber Clad crashed into High Charity, and then blown up by the Master Chief.
Forward Unto Dawn was cut in half.
Spirit of Fire had its FTL drive taken out rendering it damn near useless.
Savannah had it's slipspace drive removed rendering it damn near useless and was later destroyed.
Grafton was gutted by the Long Night of Solace.

What's the betting that the Infinity is the next one to join the list?

Because Spartan Ops and War Games take place 6 months after Requiem. So the Infinity is alright after the events of Halo 4.

Nice awareness there, I can't imagine that FUD doesn't take extensive damage though.

Is there any speculation as to WHO is commanding the ship at the time?

SPOILER
Admiral Hood and ONI Paransgosky were both on board for a few days. I'd imagine they dispered after the events of The Thursdays War, I should've paid more attention to the end though.

Tag 'm and Bag 'm

You forgot the UNSC TEXAS and the UNSC BELFAST from Halo Wars who got serverly damaged or even destroyed by two Covenant ships near Arcadia.

Still other UNSC fleets without a Spartan in the proximity got destroyed by Covenant ships.
