sooo i was just playing halo reach right now, todays challenge is kill 1000 on outpost, i am a Noble rank, i play fair i do every challenge i can do, every weekly i can also, Well outpost on matchmaking only hard part is trying to get it on the selecting level's screen other than that it's easy. so here i am playing and when no one picks it i make sure we get a limited so i can just kill myself to hurry back to level select screen, other ppl see and do the same because they to are also after the challenge, well ive been doing that for an hour or so and just now it says my xbox and account have been temp cred banned? from everywhere im reading to get cred banned u hav to be modding or playing with a glitch to get cred banned. i asked ppl i played with because we stood in party to get challenge n they said they werent cred banned, so i ask you, i used no glitch, no mod, no robotsmart code to play for me, why was i cred banned and what was i doing bungie that was so against the rules to be cred banned? i was using ingame ways to get the edge on getting the challenge for the credits which you say is acceptable but yet here i am with a cred banned xbox360.

I believe a blind fat kid could get more kills than you did in your FF games.

PS:Nice AFKing.

Vote for me for a free cookie.

That grammar is painful to the eyes. It really is. Don't blame Bungie, 343 is in control of Halo Reach.

And stop AFKing and play the game. Thats what games are for. To play them

Inheritor #156 :p

You got banned for getting 0 kills in multiple games, the game sees that as AFK'ing for credits.

Bungie doesn't even control Halo now and 343i does but there's nothing you can do about the ban, it's going to stay. Next time get some kills instead of just killing yourself to make the game end faster so you can get a challenge worth next to nothing.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

1. Bungie isn't in control anymore.
2. Yes, they're people, they make mistakes. Don't hate them forever.
3. Whether or not they deliberately made Reach with lots of suboptimal features is up for debate.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

Yes. I thought Reach was the baby they never wanted? The baby who got dropped on its head a few hundred times? A baby who's only friends (players) are ones much like itself?

lol ... thats is a lame bungie cop-out.
What even happened to taking pride in your work.

This would be like going to your burger joint.
Buying a burger, taking your seat, and then getting to eat.

But before the first mouthful you find a massive turd in your burger.
- Is that now YOUR fault, your duty to fix?
(you paid for it, you took control)
- Is it the fault of the waitperson?
- Is it the fault of the person who cooked the burger?

Yup, bungie made a massive mistake.
They went and crapped in our product - and then walked away.

Lol when will kids learn, oh and this as well.

Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.

Unrelated to your post but related to the poll subject: No, Bungie doesn't make mistakes. At least, not the way the community believes. The community thinks they do because they may not like certain things that Bungie has done/does, but Bungie does want they want and the way in which they intend. After all, their slogan is "We make games we want to play.

Small, unintended glitches aside, that is.

:)

Name's John. I'm a 21-year-old firefighter/EMT from lolhio who doubles as a die-hard Halo fan. I've been enjoying the franchise since 2001. My favorite iteration of Halo would have to be Halo 2 simply because I never got to experience the joy of a full-on Halo: CE LAN.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Oh yeah, and boot Zome.

Bungie made Reach, didn't they?

Agree ... its obvious that they wanted to screw the halo brand when they made reach.

They knew it was the last bite of cash THEY would get from the game ... plus they would not want to try to compete against the brand in the future.

It would be like Ford asking GM to make it a once of industry winning car. You may be sneaky enough to say yes, grab the cash, do a half arsed job and laugh all the way to the bank.

Everyone makes mistakes dude. Everyone.

But the difference here ... most people fix them (or at least try).

All we got from bungie was a stuborn refusal to release a patch.

Pioneer and Enthusiast for Halo 3.

Look at Reach. One big mistake.

  • 10.28.2012 10:32 AM PDT

Hello friends xd

I seriously couldn't understand a word you said, sorry

  • 10.28.2012 1:47 PM PDT

I intend to live forever, or die trying,

so far, so good.

AFK = Banning Offence.

You got what you deserved.

The game would end quicker, if you had played and killed the enemy. And you get more points to.
