Subject: Are you depressed about the dark atmosphere?

I remember when this place was live! Now all those memories make me sad! I don't see all the activity and some members have been inactive also. Makes me sort of depressed.

Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

I just sit by the window with a cup of hot tea and listen to sad songs while I watch the rain fall.

Nope, because now I'm not drowned out in the sea of members that aren't committed. The only people left are people who want to be here to be here.

Yes! Every night I swim in my sorrows.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

I cry myself to sleep nightly and sob softly to myself during the day.

I just stand in the rain with my ipod playing sad songs. Thinking about what could have been,,,

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

Everyday, I cry in the corner of my room while listening to sad songs.

I remember when I used this space to put cool looking links to my chapters back in the day. I don't even know why I'm using it now. Why are you even reading this? You must be interested in me. Still reading?

2/15/12: Francisco Porras, I'll miss you. Rest in Peace.

I've gone from depressed to just not caring and waiting.

This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends;
Not with a bang but a whimper.

We are the Hollow Men,
We are the stuffed men,
Leaning together
Headpieces filled with straw.

Nevermore, quoth the raven.

No, why do you ask?

GOAT

No.

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."

I just stare at the corner of my room these days...

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

Controlling fission events without incident since May, 2012.

This is how I feel while logged on.

Then I return to my daily life. I think what this place needs more than anything is a nice rug to tie everything together.

$.50 in store credit.

I thought this thread was going to be about the websites color scheme.

OT: Not really.

  • 10.30.2012 7:19 PM PDT

Key

Not really. Nor at all, to be perfectly honest. It's more tightly knit, and despite the decline in activity that comes as a direct symptom of said darkness, I can deal with it so long as this tightly-knittedness continues.

Dear tomorrow, Find some sensibility, Respond to emotion.
Dear Politician, Define sagacity,
All chances of survival are beginning to diminish.
Comedy is no excuse for our own blasphemies.
Mass media, Mass pessimism, Mass Denial.
My television tells me to panic, but I don't think I'll listen.
The apathetic force us to persevere, with their backwards priorities.

This site made me emo.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Nah not really, because I know someday there will be more light than we know what to do with.

Two makes there more than speakers.

Despite Bungie.net being dark at the moment, I usually come here to lift my spirits.
I've kind of grown on the site and it's community, so it's always hard seeing things go.
