You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

Active 9/1/11, Heroic 12/25/12

It's second nature for me. Whenever I have time to browse the internet I always check up on Bungie.net

I come here daily. Although I might take a break for a few days every month or so.

I haven't found any private groups that are worth staying in, so the Community Forum is the main reason I keep coming back here.

The reason I come to this site and post is really because I like you guys. Reading a few jokes from the Forum Ninjas, my questions getting answered in the Mail Sacks, and overall shenanigans on the forums really make my day. I wouldn't want to miss any information about Destiny either.

I visit here daily, it's just second nature. I always check on all of my private groups and most of the main forums. Especially in the darkness, forums move slow enough to where you're able to keep up with nearly everything.

As far as goals? Just helping others out and being a welcoming member of the community. Finding other people that are here for the community also tend to stick around longer.

Do you go out of your way to visit this website, or is it just second nature?
Second nature.

Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?
Daily indeed. And my stays are lengthy.

Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness?
The main forum. I feel detached in private groups.

Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us?
I'd like to be seen as part of the community.

Trying to keep a PPD goal?
Hah, no. I just post frequently. Some users' last Recent Posts page go back to previous years. Mine tends to be the previous day.

Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together?
No.

Second nature. This is my homepage, I'm always logged in. Whenever I'm bored and at my computer I check out the Flood or the Septagon.Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?Daily. Only time I'm not here is if I'm out or playing a game.Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness?Yes, well... the group is relatively inactive right now. It use to keep me coming back. Now it's just keeping my post count up, trying to retain Mythic, doing a poor job of it as you can see. Also, I'm waiting for info on Destiny. SoonTM. That keeps me around here. I can't miss the reveal. And the thousands of speculation threads that follow. Hell, I can say I was there in the beginning of Bungie's next great title. That keeps me here. Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us? Trying to keep a PPD goal? Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together? Do tell.Already said, trying to get back Mythic and keep it. It's hard out here for an '08.

Definitely second nature. 24/7

Well at first it was to attain Mythix, then when I got it I realized I made another reason to come here. I think I'm just addicted now, or cursed or possessed.

To be honest I don't know why I log in everyday and post, my brother thinks it's unhealthy now...do you even lift? Do I even lift? WTF is wrong with me, what is this I don't even

Second nature.
Daily. Check on groups, look at what's up in the Septagon, then the Flood.
Yes. 2, in fact.
I miss my Legendary. I worked 20 weeks for it, had it 2 weeks, and then it was gone. ;-;

DeeJ's Challenge

90% of my time here is spent lurking and only on rare occasions do I actually sign-in and post. My ultimate goal here is to get to that point where someone sees my name and thinks "Hey, I know him. Let's see what he has to say." Will that ever happen? Most likely not but I'm happy to have picked up that kind of attitude toward several people here.

Initially, I came here everyday for the titles and Bungie info but have realized that I enjoy being with all of you more than anything else and I don't think I can ever leave of my own free will. So thank you, slave masters, what time would you like me to clock in tomorrow?

I do think this, but I don't know if it's because your username makes me think of Alice in Chains "Jar of Flies" and "Dirt " albums.

Mission accomplished one way or the other!

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

I don't visit, I live here...

*See above*

I have embedded myself into the Flood...

The lame jokes...

I'm trying to achieve that which I deserve to have...whatever that is...

Do you go out of your way to visit this website, or is it just second nature?
At this point Bnet is part of my daily routine.
Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?
It wouldn't be part of my 'daily' routine if I didn't vist 'daily' now would it?

Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness?
I enjoy reading your poles found in the nether regions of Bnet. I also frequent the all exclusive Bnet Regulars.

I understand how this can relate to 'Why do you come here', but i'm looking for more specific answers to your addiction [or lack thereof]
I come here because I have become a part of the community. I'm not not Mr. Popular, but it would be overly modest for me to say there are not people here who know me and recognize my posts. I have been here for a long time and I have passed through the event horizon of Bnet unscathed, and I came prepared for a long stay.

Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us? Trying to keep a PPD goal? Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together? Do tell.
PPD? Don't care.
Title Prefix? Already as high as it will go
Member Title? Some say Mythic members are born with solid blue bodies and only with real age does one realize this is only a mett04 :)

Do you go out of your way to visit this website, or is it just second nature?
Bungie dot net is one of my three homepages, so I come here almost all the time.

Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?
Daily, unless it's a busy day, and I don't even spend a minute on my laptop.
Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness?
Everyone here, to be quite honest. Every single user makes me want to come back.
I understand how this can relate to 'Why do you come here', but i'm looking for more specific answers to your addiction [or lack thereof]
I really do enjoy the conflict that sometimes arises, because it allows me to change my thinking, or solidify the validity in my mind.
Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us? Trying to keep a PPD goal? Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together? Do tell.I used to want to be a mod SO BADLY, I remember wanting to send them all a message, but failing terribly. Now, I just want to be friends with everyone, in hopes of seeing them on the battle field when Bungie's next game comes out!

  • 10.31.2012 6:39 AM PDT

It's second nature, if I won't be around a computer all day I won't hunt one down or use my phone. I've got bungie.net in my usuall round of "I wonder what's new websites". I'll check this forum, the flood, and a few private groups then I'm out of minutes to an hour. Rinse and repeat.

  • 10.31.2012 6:48 AM PDT

Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

Pretty much second nature to come here, spend most time in private groups, titles are cool but not the goal, talking with cool people is the goal and it is met often.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

It is second nature.
I visit every single day, except Saturdays.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

According to chrome its my most visited site, it actually appears twice. #1 B.net (above facebook and youtube) and #4 B.net Community forum.

I just come here to see whats up, there's usually something fairly interesting going on here.

Do you go out of your way to visit this website, or is it just second nature?
This site is the first place I visit any given time I sign on. So I guess it's second nature.

Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?
My schedule is whenever I am in front of a computer, which is daily.

Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness?
A primary private group and a couple of secondary groups, then here in the Community. Once in a great while the H3 forum.

I understand how this can relate to 'Why do you come here', but i'm looking for more specific answers to your addiction [or lack thereof]
If it were not for the primary private group I would likely have never returned to this site. If it weren't for them I may have given up online gaming altogether. Now I'm a pro. : )

Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us?
No.
I just wish the member ranking system made sense.
<<< Mythic v24 in the past 13 months. Simply awaiting to see gray again for no reason what so ever.

Trying to keep a PPD goal?
Pfft. Why?
Quality > quantity

Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together?
No. As I stated, just wish once a rank is attained it should stick until you are penalized for poor behavior. It feels like you are being penalized for no reason when your member status changes like a traffic light.

Do you go out of your way to visit this website, or is it just second nature?Second nature by this point.

Do you visit daily, weekly, monthly? What is your Bungie.net schedule?I check in multiple times daily.

Is there a private group, main forum, or assortment of users that keep you coming back in these times of darkness? Not really, although I mainly find myself checking this forum, The Flood and a few private groups.

Are you trying to achieve a certain status amongst us? Trying to keep a PPD goal? Attempting to gain a certain pre-fix to your member title, or a whole new level all together? Do tell. Not really. My PPD is pretty low, and I don't really care about my title. I suppose I'm kind of aiming for Exalted though.

Not really any specific thing that keeps me here

Not really trying to achieve anything. Would be nice to be Mythic again, but it's not really important.
