I'm afraid to say that none of those quotes prove anything , in my opinion anyway...
In the first few, about the chiefs armour, all spark is doing is comparing the chief armour to a standard that the forerunner could build...that doesn't mean that he is comparing the chief himself to a forerunner, he's just commenting on his armour strength... It'd be like comparing a piece of woods resistance to a bullet and a piece of steels resistance to a bullet. It doesn't mean that wood is steel and steel is wood... all you're doing is comparing relative strengths...
When 343GS is saying that he is glad to see some of them survived to reproduce he's talking about the Flood... why is he glad?? who knows... maybe he's glad because now the Reclaimer can continue the work started by the Forerunner to end the Flood threat once and for all... But aside from that it's clear, at least to me, form the sentence structure that it's the flood he's referring to...Now either it's a badly written sentence or it was written that way on purpose so that at first glance it appears that he's talking about Humanity and the Forerunner.
All the next few quotes prove is that Humans are reclaimers and now that 343GS confused the chief with a reclaimer because of his armour..
Well, those are my opinions anyway... make of them what you will...

Agreed.
