I'm sure most of you know, and those who have read the updates, that Halo 2 will have more customization options for multiplayer game modes. I'm already going bonkers over this. I've already created some very fun game modes for Halo 1 that I'd like to share, and let yall try 'em out:

UberFast: No shields, 50% health, shotguns, slayer, infinite gernades, radar. Any map setting, blood gulch favorite.
-Description: Uberfast is a challenge for the twitchy fingered people out there who will shoot at anything that moves... even vehicles. Team slayer is a fun mode for this, but only with friends indicator turned off.

Snipeitall: Normal Shields, Normal health, scope weapons, slayer, infinite gernades, no radar. Blood Gulch & Sidewinder
-Description: Snipeitall is interesting on maps like Blood Gulch with wide open areas. It's the hawk-eye that wins this setting, and training on these levels is pretty balanced as long as there are no spawn campers. (This tends to pick off newbs without mercy.)

Invisi-Boom: Normal Shields, Normal health, rocket launchers, slayer, infinite gernades, radar, invisibility.
-Description: Confusion, Chaos, and lots of Explosions. When all your doing is watching your radar with one eye, and keeping the other eye looking for moving air; you are going to be moving more than you ever have before. Sometimes exposing where you are is a good way to fool the enemy!

Cortanz: 400% shields, Normal health, rocket launchers, Ralley (15 laps), no nav points, no radar, infinite gernades, warthogs only.
-Description: If you have thrown a gernade under a warthog, then shot a rocket at it just as it explodes, you'll know how much fun flipping warthogs can be. Often reffered to as "Kick the Can" this gametype is not for those who want a massive kill score (despite the fact that it's possible as all hell) it's for those who want to see how far they can make that baby FLY! With a 15 lap run, and no nav points to work on, players will soon realize that winning the game entails having fun, not trying to find all the ralley points.

CTF has always been a controversial game type in my circle of friends. Some enjoy it, and others despise it. Honestly, it's because of the sometimes not fair situations that we create by deviding the teams. Me and a friend of mine, can take on 6 enemies from another team. Nobody will ever get the flag, but even so, we dont lose. So a stale-mate is the closest thing we've gotten.

Our even game entails:
CTF MY WAY: Normal Shields, Normal health, shotguns, CTF (Team). Flag at each base. Infinite nades, all vehicles.
-Description: A pretty basic CTF map with only shotguns. My team of 2 people is able to just camp base, and hold the flag against six other players. (not saying those players are pro, but it evens out the teams that way).

Kaotic King: Normal Shields, Normal health, rocket launchers, King of the hill. Moving hill, 15 minute dominance. Infinite nades, all vehicles.
-Description: Again, Chaos reigns. Instead of trying to kill the man on the hill, we play this map different. We all group together and accumulate time all together. I tell you, nothing tempts other players like being in close proximity with rocket launchers. Occasionally there's the guy who thinks it's funny to blow us all up when we're all having tea and crumptes in the hill, so we bring hell on him the rest of the round... while drinking tea of course.

Anyways, those are the gametypes we play most often. Try 'em out for yourself, and see if you like them.

I wonder how the custom settings for Halo 2 multiplayer will compare to the custom multiplayer settings of Perfect Dark?

My favorite gametype is Bullrush. Team King of the Hill, rifles only, no shields, 10 mins., stationary hill, instant respawn. Works the best on Chill out and it is the most chaotic game I have ever played. 12 people and there were killtaculars left and right, but with the instant respawn they would come right back. You would basicly run in the hill and die and do it again.
