I'm an Anarchist. I don't need a government to be a good person, but I'm glad it's here because some of you clearly do.

I wouldn't really want any of these. Ninja skills sounds like the only useful one, but in a desperate attempt to avoid being associated with Naruto, I voted for climate control.

I am a monument to all your sins

time travel for sure. I'd be the -blam!- doctor, except I probably wouldn't help people, and instead pursue my own interests.

Immortality is pretty philosophical (it's beyond human perspective), that's why it's not part of this. But if you want to become a time traveler in hopes to find an immortality potion, then that's all up to you![/quote]
It's not philosophical, the Singularity is expected within the next hundred years, when we turn into the Borg. And can simply replace failing organs and possibly even re-write out DNA to regenerate neurons as well. Possibly by 2045.

Transhumanism FTW.

So war would be futile. WMDs will have no effect on humans because they just can't die? That would be quite a feat....and i can't imagine that as even a possibility lol

cuz what you're talking about is just making humans genetically or physically advanced (machinery). To not be able to die covers much more depth than this.

No, you could still be killed, but age and disease would be largely a thing of the past, and the lifespan of the average human would jump ahead.

With Time Travel, you could -blam!- easily make yourself the Emperor of Mankind. Invincibility along with the medical advancements of the future? Just skip ahead and make the future your own.

So you're not immortal :)

In the case you provided, I'd enjoy my life tons more if I were a Saiyan. Deciding to rule the world could come at a whim.

No, you've stated that we're invincible though, coupled with future tech, you're a full blown god. Plus, if anyone pisses you off, you can just go back to their birth and kill them. Nobody could do anything. You could become the ruler of humanity if willed. Time is the ultimate control over something.
that depends on whether or not you can manipulate time. if you think about it, if you go back in time, haven't you already been back in time, and therefore events will transpire exactly as they are meant to despite, or even as a result of your influence? that's how I see it anyway.

Weather control.

I voted for Naruto Ninja option; make shadow clones of myself- get work done a lot faster. :)

Other powers I could debate but I'm too lazy.

Life would be grand. But a lot of alternative lives would be grand. lol

I am your sword and shield to guide you through countless battles. I am your Alpha and Omega; beginning and end. I am GAMMA.

I believe the time travel option is intended as more of a film sort of way, in that since you can't manipulate time, you can't change the past or future, which would pretty much mean that you can see what's going on, but since you can't die or get hurt, you can't interact with the past or future. Plus there's the possibility that you get stuck in the past or future and can't time travel back.

It would still be a tremendous opportunity, but you could spend your entire lifetime moving back and forth, all the while aging. One could become so enthralled in learning about different events throughout time, they completely miss what's going on in the present.

Being a history nut, I would love to be able to solve some of history's greatest secrets; learn how stonehenge was made, discover the secret behind the Easter Isle statues, find out how famous people died or went missing mysteriously, etc.

But I ended up choosing the weather option. Lightning never strikes twice in the same place? Say that to my enemies...
Flood the town, giant pool party. Set fire to the rain. Make it snow in the middle of July. Go skydiving without a parachute and just have the wind put me down gently. LEVITATE USING THE WIND. The possibilities are endless.

"I actually don't hold a grudge against someone talking trash about me if they're shot afterwards, I try to rise above that "

Gordon Freeman, Freeman's Mind

Time Travel.

I don't need to control the weather, just go back in time to a sunny day.

I don't need lasers or to martial arts when I can just attack my foes when they are young.

And who needs teleporting when I can make someone believe I can?
(You know, pause time, move around a bit, start time)

Plus I could be lucky and go to the future where they may have cured a ton of diseases and cancers (and increased longevity)

Or in time your acquirement of time-travel would be pre-determined by you influencing past events as the happened. For example, upon obtaining time travel, you must at some point in time travel back and influence a critical moment to ensure it actually happens.

lol since when does time travel mean you can pause, increase, or decrease the speed of time?

Why is everyone picking time travel? With Ditto, you could just turn into a time traveler.
With Ditto... You could be ANY of these!

You get the "move set" or powers as well...

But if you think of it in terms of the pokemon universe, you'd acquire the abilities of the other choices, but to the degree of your personal ability. Like theoretically, a level 11 Ditto would only be able to do a small fraction of what a full-fledged Saiyan would do with a kamehameha wave, for example. Would you ever really catch up to that kind of "level?"

This is what I like about keeping some things open-ended. Depending on how you view things, one choice could dominate the other, or simply be unexciting in comparison.

Practice makes perfect. I'd assume that's "leveling up" in the Pokémon universe.

However kamehameha is deadly, even if it is JUST a small fraction of it's true power.

You also can't die in battle. So you could fight a super sayian until they are just too tired to fight (whenever that is).

Yeah I see what you mean. As long as you don't get tired out before a saiyan does (you can faint). SO if you want to try and defeat a saiyan, you'd have to practice a -blam!-ton lol. Otherwise he'll just detain you and keep you in a prison. That's how I'd view the situation lol.

I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Time travel, so I could witness historical stuff firsthand.
