only more advanced than unsc. a star wars super star destoyer the size of Vader's vs a covenant super carrier? no contest. carier wins.

Please, the Infinity rammed their cruiser that was about 3km.

I still think that's bull-blam!-. It takes 3 mac cannons to take down a covenant ship's shield. How oin the hell can the Infinity destroy a covi ship but simply ramming it.

Because it was cool to watch?

nice.

If the Infinity has just come out of slipspace then it's velocity is most likely going to be rather high, combine with it's mass...

Also the cutscene was nice.

Well that's true, but it dosen't really make sense canon wise.

On another note, it's clear that the mac cannons are alot more advanced in Halo 4, seeing as the mini-mac that was on the mammoth can take down forrerunner things, could the big mac cannon on the infinity take on a Star Wars ship?

Really OP you just cant admit you lost theres no way halo can counter star wars effectly.

halo would win in the end. you're arguing that star wars has a bunch of super weapons. F.A.I.L.

Then why would you bring them up when we know next to nothing about the Precursors?
because they could easily exist.
I don't mean their super weapons. I mean the Precursors themselves. We know hardly anything about them.
i know. we is that they god-like in power, as the forerruners said that themselves, and they had to have super weapons.

In vs threads, we debate with feats of power and facts.

What you have there is an assumption. It does not count as a fact. It's a fact that the forerunners had galaxy-ending super-weapons, and it's a fact that the precursors were more powerful than them - but this does not mean they had/needed super-weapons on that scale.

i'm staring to think that you people have no common sense. if the precursors are more powerfull, its obvious they have more powerfull super weapons, and more of them.

allright give me names and a source of these superweapons.

even then the halo rings are only located in the halo galaxy so lighting one off is just going to kill yourself and the star wars galaxy unscrathced.
1) They can move through slipspace.

2) Standing on a Halo ring, making a jump to slipspace, hiding in a shield world, or hiding outside its range protects you. They would merely have to drop the seven rings somewhere in the Galaxy Far Far Away, and even if one of them is destroyed before they fire (somehow, space is huge, so finding it in a random location is unlikely), the other 6 would still wipe out so much of the Star Wars universe the Jedi would commit suicide over the force shockwave that just ensued.

Hyperbole, perhaps, but still a good meassure of how boned Wars would be if that happened.

So post-Halo detonation, anyone still alive (somehow) would have to contend with the Forerunners, the industrial capacity of whom most Wars factions would struggle to comprehend, the ancient human empire, who had similar capability, the Flood, the mathematically perfect organism who (I'm assuming) has already ascended to Forerunner-era levels of lethality, The joint operations of the UNSC and Covenant, and last but not least, the god-like race of eldritch abominations who traveled the universe, lived forever, created and threw away civilizations like the Forerunners on a whim, and used building material that was completely indestructable to any form of damage outside of a neural physics weapon. Who, outside of the Halo detonation as described above, pretty much act as a wild card factor insta-win against any faction that doesn't have A) divine powers with no limits, or B) a Halo.

Good luck!

They're obviously not superior, since the Forerunners pretty much revolted against them and drove them out/killed them off.

Seriously, power hierarchy is a mess in Halo.

Let's say they did wipe out all life in the Star Wars galaxy. Then you have to deal with the near infinite amount of droids that are left behind.

droids are useless next to forerunners, and the precursors... let's not even go there.

have you honestly not seen what R2-D2 can do.

Or a assassin droid like Hk-47 or a group of Droidekas. I would love to see a group of Spartans go up against Droidekas.

Also in Star Wars Legacy they have star fighters that are powerful enough to destroy capital ships. Let's not forget those Sith Troopers. And Darth Maladi can make a toxin that can target which ever people she wants. She made a toxin that would wipe out all life on Coruscant besides the Sith.

a promenthean knight commander could kill a droideka in one hit. also, the power to breach a star destroyer. a star destoyer is pathetic next to the smallest covie capital ship.

Answer me these questions, and then I'll concede.

1) What kind of access did the Forerunners have to Precursor technology? 2) Was the Primordial even telling the truth, or lying through his teeth to demoralize the Didact? 3) Forerunners, with some of the best computer archives ever, do not remember this. Why? 4) Was their leaving the result of actually being defeated, or did they instead simply decide to leave? 5) Why did the Primordial's story change in the second book, where now the Precursors survived and are elsewhere in the universe? 6) Why does he imply a Precursor civil war in the same book?

OP please provide me with a source that shows a single Precursor weapon. Please.

And if you want to stop arguing superweapons then why don't I throw in the fact that every major power in Star Wars has it's own fleet Star Wars has over 20 million sentient species. And there's the Yuuzhan-Vong which are a bit like the Flood without the infecting but just as destructive. Then there's the millions of years back the Star Wars galaxies go and the trillions minimum of people that were alive in that time. The Yuuzhan Vong war caused 365 trillion casualties and their invasion path occupied less than a quarter of the galaxy.

How powerful is this incineration cannon outside of the game?

Then the droidekas can get into a formation. Which has them covering all sides including looking up.
