Hi,
I'm 14 years old and a freshman in High School. I know it may be a little early to be thinking about this, but I want to be headed in the right direction. I was just wondering about what is expected or required in an employee of a Game Developing Company. Do companies need you to have passed college? If so what types of degrees do they look for? Or do they not care about your education; do they just care about your skills in coding? To some all my questions up together, what do you need in order to be accepted in a Game Developing Company?

Any half way good paying job requires an education now days. Even to be a game tester you need to know a lot about geometry along with a lot of other math skills.

Realize there are a million and one people trying to get a job, but not all of them have a college education. Those with the college educations stand out....go to college, dont just think you can not go and end up doing what you want. Besides, when you go to college, and are about to graduate many schools offer lists of employers with whom you can apply.
