Haters are going to hate.
Praisers are going to praise.
The Bungie Forums are what keeps my mind sharp and my fingers active, between writing my own movie scripts, drawing, and studying industrial design. At the moment I'm working on miniatures for a short movie that I'll hopefully be able to film once I've saved up for a camera... That's me, with the mug, trying to have a conversation with Konoko.

Which means they had more time for other things. If it's one thing 343i has proven is that they value quantity, but that was not the question (I think it's an interesting one).Posted by: The 7th Taco
What you wrote is called an opinion. Respect everyone else's and they'll respect yours. Ideally, yes, but look at the forums, if anyone thinks it's worth less than 8-9/10, their opinion isn't respected. The consensus is that 343i are super capable and have taken Halo the hight it should have soared at from the beginning. Halo changing developer has split the community, I don't even know why some who daily insult Bungie even are here. If I for instance give it an eight for overall production quality and a five for failing to be a Halo game, you know what happens if I state that? I'm called a troll, stupid, or just met by a cascade of facepalms, which in the end renders my opinion, invalid and dismissed (not only for that instance), even though said opinion is based on far more arguments than the praisers in most cases are willing to provide.
10/10 is just as riduculous as 6/10. The only thing I'm interested in rating is how well it resonates with the Halo I've grown with the last twelve years. I thought it failed, I states so, I was laughed at, so I can fully understand why someone in a similar position choses to sink to the same level, not that it's a good choice.
On top of that, people here don't seem mature enough to continue discussing subjects with people after having learnt that their opinions are different, they form various camps (I think private forums are a part of that), and after a while the tension grows bitter and most of the regular forumites outright disrespects each other, and even more bias is born. We're all part of the problem, which is sad, cause most of us will most likely find something in common with those we once had a fierce argument with, if we gave it a try. Like Destiny, maybe those who love, and those who hate Halo 4 will adore the game, wouldn't it be to bad if we made everyone our enemies in that case? (trying to end on a high note).
