So, playing Halo 4, I realized that at least one of the things people criticized Traviss for, which was her description of Spartan armor being assembled around the Spartans, was not an error on the author's part after all. It was a choice by 343i.

Dunno what your talking about...but both Traviss and 343i haved -blam!- up the lore. Wanna try and prove me wrong? Prove that ONI had no idea what the S-II project since that seemed to be a big isssue durning the opening.

Well, plenty of people seemed to -blam!- about it when Glasslands was discussed.

I've been on these forms for two years, I've seen the glassland wars and not once did I ever read an issue about how Spartans put their armor on.

I remember the fall of reach stating that it took a full team of technicians to put it on this is no different it's simply automated and faster.

I remember reading somewhere that the Spartan could do it themselves in order to do some basic repairs while on the field, and lets be honest that would be the start thing to do.

Well, I know there were definitely some people criticizing the book for this somewhere. Admittedly, I've yet to read it myself, and it's been a while since I read any other Halo fiction besides the Forerunner stuff. Perhaps they were mistaken in calling it out as an error.

Perosnally I've pretty much in every Glassland/TTR thread and this has never come on on the Verse. You sure you didn't read it on 343i's forum?

Halsey committed crimes. They either didn't know the details of how she created the spartans at first, didn't care and just wanted results but turned on her later, or were to occupied with the rebels and Covenant to do anything.

Both those things were said in the book.
