Poll: Polls are the stupidest thing about this website  [closed]
I agree:  7%
(6 Votes)
I don't agree:  44%
(40 Votes)
Yes, I would Date Hilary Clinton:  49%
(44 Votes)
Total Votes: 90

Polls are the stupidest things on this website, there is no use for them. Not only is there no use for them but people can just boost them with ALTS. Plus you can't even see who voted for what it is completely terrible and should be thrown in the garbage can.

Do you Agree?

Welcome.
You have just entered my mind. Please sign the contract before continuing further into this black hole to acknowledge I am not at fault if any mental/physical damage is caused to you whilst viewing my history. If any damage to yourself is caused, please call your whaambulance for advice.

I think your irony was intended...

Yeah I agree Bricypoo, polls totally suck.

  • 11.12.2012 6:51 PM PDT

Key

People only boost Community Challenges with alts. Other ones people don't care about. And DeeJ has done a mighty fine job of fixing up that mess by taking community suggestions on the subject.

As long as votes don't bump a thread, everything you mentioned int he OP is irrelevant. Spam threads and spam polls are in the same category and thus the argument of "polls can be spam" is silly.

Polls are fine.

What does an Iron have to do with polls?

I just want a list of people who voted for each poll option. I'm tired of knowing absolutely nothing of most of the community.

Polls are strong, like iron.

Controlling fission events without incident since May, 2012.

I find polls useful, but would like if votes on a poll counted as 1/4 of a comment, or something to that effect.

I would almost be willing to bet the opposite. While most people have voted for the throwaway vote, it just removes the people who aren't set in their choice. Therefore all you're left with are legitimate votes.

I think it should be one vote per IP.

Get on it, BUNGEH.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

No, because you can express your opinion without having to post anything.

Good because I'm thinking it should go by what country you're residing it.

A vote for Hilary is a vote for America.
