Hologram is the most overpowered? BAH! Yeah right.

To be honest, I don't really see ANY of the AA's as overpowered. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses. Although to be honest, Thuster Pack is just about useless, sentry turret hardly does anything without a lot of strategy involved, and active camouflage is underpowered.

Quite possibly the most powerful overall is predator vision (I know, but I call it predator vision). It destroys probably the most other tactics in the game when used correctly.

Sentry Turret shouldn't be up there. That thing fires slower than a muzzle-loader and with less power than a babies fart.

I honestly don't really think any of them are over-powered. PV sends off a red-ring on the radar, notifying you that it's being used. AC is good if you're good, along with the thruster pack.

I personally use the regeneration field and the thruster pack. Quite useful when faced with grenades.

A competitive players main goal is to win.
A casuals main goal is to have fun regardless of whether that results in a win or loss.
It has nothing to do with individual skill or knowledge, it has to do with the reason you play.

None of them.

I eat my milk...

...without any milk.

That depends. Can a Hardlight Shield take unlimited damage, and only runs out when the timer does? If yes, then that.

I don't think any of them are over powered, but I find jet pack and hologram to be the most useful.

I'd say Thruster pack is the least useful. If it didn't pull you into 3rd person or pushed you further it would be useful. Honestly I don't see what was wrong with evade from Reach, even though people kept flying off maps with it.

Even though the Reach one had its silly moments, it was toned down EVEN FURTHER for Halo 4. It should not be throwing out neutral targets on the radar. That simply puts a big sign up saying, "OI! THERE'S A STEALTH DUDE AROUND HERE!"

Then, people watch their radar. Also, since the camouflage doesn't mask your movements at all, any movement more than crouching instantly reveals your position. Or simply moving up stairs/ramps does due to a strange feature where you turn visible on motion sensors while going up ramps.

If active camo either A. Didn't put up any friendly/hostile IFF's or B. Put up all enemy IFF's, it'd be much better. However, as it stands, it is horribly underpowered due to this. As for how long it lasts and how well it cloaks a moving target, that's debatable. I would love a little bit of extra time to be cloaked and a slightly better cloak while I'm moving, but it's not enough to make me complain too severely.

Active -blams!- at long range or camping around a corner with some power weapon.

Every other ability is fine.. maybe Regen field..

Respect skill, Not rank.

active camo, since you don't even show up on the radar if you remain perfectly still. PV is still my favourite, and a close second to camo.

I do not like the idea of Promethean vision because there is not enough of a drawback to using it. You have the radar when it isn't on, and when it is on you have a very nice overlay of the exact location of all your foes. The ability to balance looking at the radar and looking at the rest of the screen and making decisions from same balance is crucial to what halo is to me.

I don't have a problem with the hardlight shield, especially since people are in the habit of popping it as their shields drop, so I just calmly line up the headshot and watch their horror as it turns red and then fails. While this does slow down the game like armor lock did, it isn't nearly as bad.

I can roll the vanilla dmr/hologram class and have 0 problems whatsoever. The other abilities have their nice little gimmicks, but nothing really stands out like vision.

I suppose I think Promethean Vision is OP is because:

1: I'm good at it, it's the AA I've gotten the most use out of so far.

2: I crouch a LOT so that people can't see me on the radar, so if I'm around a corner or behind a wall someone can use PV and see me anyway.

But since it does have that red ring that goes on everyone's radar that kinda balances it.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

None of them.

They don't rate the term "overpowered" at all.

Halo 4's camo is better.

Because if you just sit still with it, those neutral dots will disappear. And there's no other way to see you. I don't understand how you think H4's camo is underpowered in any way.

The neutral dots in the radar point isn't arguable, as Reach's camo had the exact same thing, except with red dots. So by your logic, with a bunch of red dots on the radar, there CLEARLY isn't a person in camo there?

Moving while camo'd reveals you to try to balance it, you know. If camo functioned like it did in the other Halo games, it would be severely overpowered and would most definitely be used the most, making every match a hide and seek game.

Far less distinguishable because a bunch of red dots near one another could be interpreted as the team is all next to one another or somebody is using camo, with the latter typically being the main thought for most people.

With Halo 4, AC gets nerfed the most. Neutral dots on the radar, by default, mean AC is being used. Moving slightly will lower/distort it, whereas you could slowly walk with it active in Reach. That alone proves just how hard it got it.
