Montreal typical.

That's not a thing.

Its not?

That doesn't make sense in this context.

Most people start to procreate when married.

I'm well aware of who these users are. What am I supposed to do with all this Troll Food I have?

"That there's some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for."

You know, I always come into big threads like these thinking "wow, must be some major discussion value here" and end up feeling disappointed when I realize a huge argument is inflating the thread.

OP: If we leave religion completely out of the issue, then it still depends on personal views. Some people view it as something special to be shared only with one other person forever. Some people view it as an integral part of any relationship. Just depends.

Yes it should.

The only people I look down on are the women kneeling before my rod. Though that's just a perspective thing.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Quite the opposite, it should be encouraged.

People who have sex tend to be more relaxed, healthier, have a more optimistic outlook, and more intelligent.

The pro-sex argument has too many points to be ignored.

Well, I'm religious, so that influences my set of morals. But I don't want to turn this into a religious discussion, so if I were to completely ignore that facet of my life, I think I would still stay away from premarital sex. I like the idea of it being something special shared between you and your spouse. It seems like it's cheapened when it's shared with just anyone, unless I want to spend the rest of my life with them. But that's just my opinion.

Proof. Because the rampant STD's and pregnancies don't seem to justify some person being relaxed.

Some people say that not having sex would make you more intelligent as you don't have distractions.

I've had sex easily several thousand times in the past 11 years. I haven't gotten any diseases or gotten anyone pregnant.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, that's an issue with idiots having sex.

Intelligence is overrated.

WebMD good enough for you?

STD's/STI's can be controlled through practicing safe sex. If you are an idiot about it, sure, you can have consequences. But if you are careful, then have at it. Its a healthy pass time.

This is, so far, the best argument I've seen for abstinence. I'm not saying I agree with everything here, but I respect this.

Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

Though more to the thread in general, I find the people that do look down on others for their bedroom habits to be rather funny. Why do you even care what other people do in the bedroom? Why is that reason to look down on someone?

I don't actually know, it's something I often wonder about.

OFF TOPIC: woah why did you get deranked?

  • 11.26.2012 5:32 PM PDT

I don't care what someone does behind closed doors. It shouldn't be illegal to discriminate against those who do take part in intercourse before marriage if that's what you believe. I personally just don't care.

I don't believe that but is it something we look down upon like gossiping.

Well, thank you, I guess. It's not really meant to convince anyone one way or the other; I'm just trying to politely state my personal views. I don't understand why there's so much arguing about this.
