Subject: The flood, it is so obvious

"My knee is bleeding, can I have a bandaid?" "Today its your knee, and in 10 years it'll be your wrists, why are you making this my problem?"

Do this again and I'll brand your ass with the banning prod

The Flood are a important aspect of the Halo story, without The Flood, there wouldnt be any Halo's.

"Point 2- If point 1 is true, then wouldn't we play as the Arbitor agian? I personally didn't like the arbitors levels. They were mostly fighting like MC except with a purple HUD, invisablity for 10 seconds and fighting flood a-lot! I think using the arbitor was a bad direction. If MC has nothing to fight for anymore, then we will play as the Arbitor even more. Maybe your MC only up to the ark part in the trailer. It would suck to have to be the Arbitor and defend high charity or something."

Wow, you obviously don't know what a cool character is. You thought that Arbiter was bad, look at the lunging chief we got! The master Chief dissappeared in Halo: CE, then this wanna-be showed up that can lunge five feet. The Arbiter was pure awesomeness.

I suposse you are right. I was fine with the Arbitor, but it just seemed as if he was a copycat and his levels mostly sucked except for maybe the last one.

Quite right. Basically the whole point of the Halo games is to stop the Halos from being activated which therefore destroys the whole universe because it unleashes the FLOOD!! (scary isn't)

I THINK BUNGIE should scrap the current story!

I want to see prequel!

One that tells time from the beginning.

MC VS T-REX!

In a way, i am not saying that it will suck, it may just be a little less good in the story aspect

i think if you gonna look at the halo 3 script afterwards is that it just all doesnt matter because its the feeling of what you get in a game, i didn't play halo 2 because i wanted to know how it ended (well you know), i do admit i do want to know how halo 3 ends but only because the ending of halo 2 was... disappointing. anyway i made my point i guess

Everyone's going to make another appearance. It's inevitable. They've already talked about how marines and 'new enemies' react to each other. They're not going to come back and be like, "Oh yeah, and the Arbitor died while Master Chief was floating through space on the ark. Oh and the flood decided it would be best just to ignore you too, so..."

I'm basically extremely agreeing with Pezza.

You failed to see sense. Please, stop now, you're driving me crazy with your continous number of pointless threads and posts.Oh, and Bungie could probably write better literature than you any day the impression you're starting to give me. Seriously though, what age ARE you?! Yet again, the impression you're giving me is somewhere between nine-years-old and ten.

Think about it- Bungie is one of the best game companies out there. They've never totally disappointed the fans. If they made Halo 1's campaign great even with the repeating levels and returning locations later in the game, AND made Halo 2 even better with the graphics style change, they can definitely pull this off and make the Flood belong in Halo 3.

They can fix In Amber Clad and get off of High Charity and have the coordinates to go to earth. that is if cortana doesn't destroy In Amber Clad like they did to the Pillar of Autumn on Halo CE

Have you considered the fact (author of thread) that you could encounter the Flood wherever the Arbiter is going?
