Hardly.
The logo, the shape of the bottle, the fact that nearly any human capable of speech knows what it is, and if one is being offered, would more than likely accept?
I'd argue Manchester United or The Monarchy would give the Coke Brand a run for its money in terms of Global awareness.
I am not being deliberately contrary, but you're pretty close to both of those. I can say that other than a pic of HRM, I am unaware and probably could not point out a logo or other visual identifier for either.
But you have heard of them, correct?
MUFC are stupidly big in East Asia, and one of the first things someone will think about when hearing 'Britain' will be HRH QE2.
I'm not really invested in this thread, the two just popped into my head as I was reading through, but in terms of global recognition I would expect 'Manchester United' to be up there, along with Coca Cola, Microsoft and McDonalds.

And unless the pic had the guards in it? I wouldn't recognize the building. Just like I wouldn't expect you to have a recognition of the White House, the US Capitol or... actually, I would expect a wider recognition of Cinderlla's Castle than of Buckingham or the buildings I mentioned.
Really? You wouldn't expect most people to recognise the White House?
Also a little surprised you wouldn't recognise Buckingham Palace.
I think this may just be you. A lot of people, I assume, would disagree with you here.
nope. i agree with him.
