Please do not send me group invites.

In California, better test scores means more funding from the state.

Didact's Reprisal -
Now is the time of our unworlding
One final effort is all that remains
And I am not afraid
We shall fulfill our promise
We fight for the grace of the Mantle
And this time none of you will be left behind

Starting next year, their test scores will acount for 50% of the teacher evaluations. That's another thing schools will get out of it.

they get money for funding. it's them saying "we're doing our job right!"

unfortunatly, they aren't. If they were, High school would teach you life skills like how to do your taxes, etc.

Which leads the schools to teach to the tests and the students learn little of value. The Smart ones are punished by having to relearn the same material over and over again. I don't think there was a single thing High school taught me that Middle School/ my own curiosity didn't.
