Are you suggesting that coconuts migrate?

Ok Flood I need some help. I am able to connect to the internet by using a ethernet cable. But when I unplug I can't even find the wireless network. So how do I fix this?

1. Make sure the Wireless switch is set to ON, on your laptop
2. Make sure the WiFi drivers on your laptop aren't corrupt / are installed properly
3. Un-plug modem/router and plug them back in

Look for a WiFi switch on the edges of the laptop, if there isn't one.

Press the FN key and look for a WiFi symbol on one of the F1, F2, F3 buttons.

FN + F(insert #) with the WiFi symbol to enable the WiFi.

What windows are you running?

He probably has it hidden, just manually search for the network by typing in the networks name (easier to explain if we knew wha OS you are running)

I am running Windows Vista.

Ive never really used windows vista, but it looks like windows 7, you should have a not connected to internet symbol (empty wifi bars maybe?) on the right of your taskbar by the name. Click on it to where you see everyone elses networks. Somewhere near the bottom or top there should be a manual connect button, just type in the name of your network there, either than or the WiFi on the router is off.

If it won't find it automatically, manual will never work.

Change your router dude. Or reset it and re-configure it. But first try just unplugging the router and plugging it back in after a minute.

I'll try that but it didn't do this two days ago so I don't think I need to change routers just need to figure this out.
