Subject: How would you rate your life?

Posted by: Creeper
The life of a true forever aloner is no life at all.

I disagree, just yours. I'm gonna go to university so I got a life and I don't even got acquaintices, leave out friends.

I don't even wish for them as I feel indifferent.

Good. If I could redo and fix my mistakes I would in a heart beat.

  • 11.27.2012 2:35 PM PDT

We're gonna fight, me and you. We know who's really right about this conversation. If you don't then let's think this through, with out fists. If that doesn't suit you, we can use pistols. How does this prove who's right?

Well, we both know I'll win, that's a damn fact.

Not perfect, but definitely better than most others. I am content.

I'm pretty sure that two potentially lethal disease, one extreme irritating disease, and hyper-pronated feet don't lead to a good life.

/don'tevengetmestarted

No offense, but what is hyper-prorated feet?

You ever seen a duck? The bones 'slipped' when I was younger over time so I 'ducked out' and it was painful to walk for any extended period of time and any idea of sports or normal, enjoyable physical exercise flew out the window.

You can still do upper-body exercise and at least you're not wheel-chair bound. There's nothing bad about being wheel-chair bound but at least you won't have to adapt to that unlike people who've been wheel-chair bound all their life and know nothing different; at least you can walk somewhat... It could be worse.

I had the taste of the sweetest fruit, and then robbed of it. I'm currently now undergoing another surgery soon to fix the other so it at least looks and fuctions as close to as normal as it can get. Still can't be active for too long however or do anything enjoyable of exercise. The best I've got is fencing. The worst though is the other diseases, one of which resulted in the removal of my large intestine to prevent cancer.

Id like to think that I am living a good life. Nice parents, fortunate money wise, I have good friends.

I'm your biggest fan!

My life itself? Very good, compared to other people in the world. How happy I am? Not very much at all, at the moment. Doctors want to put me on pills.

Very good - I love my work and, being the way I am, work is essentially my life (that probably won't change) so all's well and good at the moment; I'm finding the answers to the questions of how everything works, why it works the way it does, what everything is fundamentally made up of etc - what is not to like?! How could one have more satisfying work than finding the truth and the answers to the questions about the universe that humans have had for millennia?

Good to hear man! Also what truths are you talking about?

"Living to smile, and not to succeed; smiling to inspire happiness, not to give the illusion you are happy; creativity and music to inspire smiling, which in turn inspires happiness; being nice to be happy, not for being perceived a good person."

In terms of how it is without emotion getting involved? Bad.

Though my levels of happiness are at the level of pretty good.

Staying happy during rough times, that's a virtue

"This was a triumph...
I'm making a note here, huge success.
It's hard to overstate my satisfaction..."

It's good.
More positive than negative things have happened, and I'm currently happy today.
Well, for the most part. I won't be completely satisfied until I "get with her".

Also feel free to state why you chose what you chose
Ok:

-Celebrated ten year anniversary few months back.
-Had a 5 month holiday
-Money isn't a concern
-Got all the family and friends a person could ask for
-Got a promotion
-Moved into my new house

Well mine should be like that!

Pretty good. A few things I'd like to improve about it, but I'll turn out a fine fellow.

Pretty good. First world problems are but only a sting compared to all the crap less fortunate people have to go through. I'm glad I'm alive with friends and health.

If I don't believe in him...

why should he believe in me?

Im lucky to not be kicked out of the orphanage by now, so i am grateful for that.

the only reason for my life being -blam!- (besides being in college realizing i hate my major as i have like a 2.0 gpa) is that i find that i cannot financially afford to pursue my aspirations and dreams

Why physics of course! I study particle physics - and physics in general too I suppose (at an excellent British University) - thus I am finding the answers to humanity's questions about the world (by that I mean universe) around us.
