Depends from person to person.

Wait, you actually are looking at this? Damn, I never look at these, at least on this site.

Disagree. Losing weight is harder.

IMHO

Generalizations.

If you do your research, and eat and lift properly, gaining weight is not difficult at all.

Eat big and lift big. You'll gain weight.

I'm your biggest fan!

I'm struggling with it. I lost 10 pounds in two months since coming to Uni and I'm trying really hard to put it back on but it's slow progress.

  • 11.27.2012 4:50 PM PDT

Stuff.

Eat fatty food, and be lazy.

  • 11.27.2012 4:50 PM PDT

gaining weight is hard i just feel like i need to run around and eat carrots and i cant get rid of this feel

  • 11.27.2012 4:51 PM PDT

Unfortunately, for me it's too easy. Luckily I can lose weight easily too. I just have to stop eating so much damn food.

"Get pooped on."- Everyone at FHS

I have a medium metabolism. I can put on weight easily, but I lose it just as fast. I always stay around 130 lb. If I lose weight it comes right back, and vice versa.

yeah man, stuffing your face and not watching what you eat is so hard. NOT! If you're really that -blam!- weird that you can't GAIN weight, than shut the -blam!- up, because you have some eating disorder. If you have the backwards idea that it's hard; I mean if you're really that stupid, you're in luck, because I have advice for you. Stop being a -blam!- weirdo and go eat food! Go eat -blam!- high calorie foods and eat a lot of it and you WILL gain weight. For best results sit on your ass all day.

It's really not. Gaining weight (muscle mass) has been much harder for me, because of height (though I have gained around 30 pounds this year, I used to be really skinny).

What do your meals consist of? How much protein do you consume daily? How many carbohydrates do you consume daily? How many calories do you consume daily?

If you can't answer these, you haven't done your research.

Always some form of protein. Usually poultry and egg. Some beef. Also have vegetables on every plate excluding breakfast. Always has fruit and grains.

start pretending you are seeing things and act over emotional. Then when your mom takes you to a head doctor ask for geodon because you read good things about it. Will blow your ass up 3 times your size and you will finally be able to touch your man tits to your chin like you have always wanted.

"You are the last of your kind: bred for combat, built for war. You're the master of any weapon, pilot of any vehicle, and fear no enemy"

It's not very hard at all.

All you need is a bit of initiative.
