More specifically, on the multiplayer. What's your take on it? How would you improve it?
Personally, I think it has Halo's base concepts at its core, which is a step in a better direction than reach. However, the maps feel way too large in the 4v4 and 5v5 game types. In addition, it feels rushed and unpolished, and has many gimmicks. With the right polishing, this game has the potential to bring Halo back.
To start, the AR should take 3-4 more bullets to kill, as of right now it is way too effective. The Boltshot should also be toned down, draining shields rather than being an OHK. The DMR should be put as a pickup weapon only, in BTB. The BR should be back at its 4 shot capability (if it isn't already). Ragnorak needs to ditch either the Mantis or Banshee. More of the maps need to be put into MM, it feels like its the same 3 maps all the time (haven, solace, complex [in 4v4]; ragnorak, exile, and whatever that map with the Wraith is [BTB]). Camo should be a pickup only (the way it was in the Halo Trilogy). Halo 4 has potential, but the way it is right now, it's falling by short of its capabilities.
