I'd like to go to NYU, but I'm probably not smart enough and even though my mom says that she would find a way to get me through it if I could get in, it's still $160,000ish for 4 years of college tuition.
My next choice would probably be George Mason because I can establish residency with my grandparents after a year and then pay in-state tuition, and it comes to under 10k a year at that point. Also, I like the school in general.
My third, and most logical choice, is Penn State. I live in PA so I already would have in-state tuition. I'm planning to major in Marketing and minor in Creative Writing (or vice versa, it depends on several factors) and PSU is a great school for business majors and has one of the best out-of-college employment rate in the country. I just really don't want to resign myself to another 4 years in Pennsylvania. I've been here my whole life and really don't want to even slightly nudge myself in the direction of settling down here.
I'd like to live in New York, which is part of the reason I want to go to NYU (also, they have an amazing Creative Writing program). But I could also see myself living in Virginia (hence GMason), career pending.
But those are my top 3.
