Just saw this movie today and I liked it a lot. Tons of references including (but not limited to) MGS, Rainbow Road and the Konami code. The Karts in Sugar Rush sounded like real race cars which was pretty awesome and the way they animated characters from older games was interesting too.

All in all it was a pretty good movie.

Oh and the short that plays before the movie starts was also really well done. I hope they start to put them at the beginning of all of their movies.

Inappropriate. Went a little to far with the butt hole tearing.

I want to see it.

Key

My girlfriend didn't get the "walking into walls" bit. I laughed. Overall I really liked it. Sarah Silverman got a little annoying at parts, I liked it. It's one of the few 3D animated movies these days where I wouldn't mind a sequel and I don't think it would feel forced.

I thought it was great and really represented not only the history of video games, but what they mean to people.

Loved the movie!
One of my personal favorite animated movies of all time.

I make a living of selling my body, and I don't mean sex.

I'll go see it(or buy it) sometime.

I haven't seen it yet, but I want to. It was a pretty big flop at the box office, though, so I don't expect a sequel.
It was? That's a shame, because it was really good. Took my son to see it. He's only 3 so he didn't get much of the references, but he knew who Bowser was.

Eh, it had pretty stiff competition, but I think it'll make up for it in DVD sales.

For those who wish to contact me on Xbox LIVE, my main account is "The 7th Taco", and the one linked with my profile here is only a backup.

I'll probably buy it on DVD when it comes out.

Number ! comedy for three weeks straight isn't exactly a flop.

Wasnt it made by Pixar? They don't make sequels often.

Wreck-It Ralph is not a Pixar Movie. However, the wikipedia page fo the film says that a sequel isn't out of the question if memory serves me correctly.

Oh, wait, nevermind. IMDb had listed the gross as it was a few weeks ago.

That may be true, but it has still made a lot less money than their starting budget. They won't make a sequel if they're bankrupt.
Pretty sure Disney can afford it. They just bought Lucas Arts. And I'm sure Marvel wasn't a cheap purchase either.

There were definitely a few touchy feely moments. I'm a little ashamed that I started to tear up a little but my little sister was with me so I was able to get away with it.

It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be, but then again nothing really ever is.

Still not bad though!
