A competitive players main goal is to win.
A casuals main goal is to have fun regardless of whether that results in a win or loss.
It has nothing to do with individual skill or knowledge, it has to do with the reason you play.
Not really a surprise, if you try to compete with "casualing" the game, you'll lose to Call of Duty, end of the story.
I personally don't have issues with loadout system, gameplay in general or ordnance drops or other new things implemented, but
lack of ranking system was probably reason a lot of competitives left, I personally put the game on the shelf until they fix the matchmaking, you can't play with friends unless they are exactly as skilled as you are. Game needs ranked/social playlists and party vs party, randoms vs randoms system in the matchmaking.
