The engineering that goes into Apple's products > the engineering in MS's products

HA!

The idea that "Apple innovates more" is a load of crap. Marketing tactic that they've managed to make people pass as "fact".

Apple is the greediest of them all. They spend the least amount on developing their technology, yet they get the highest margins. That's what I call bull-blam!-.
Engineering != innovating. Look at the new iMac for an example of superb engineering. It's seamless.

lol, what? How do you think better engineering comes to be? Plans for better technology magically appear in Apple's hands? You need to spend money on R&D in order to develop better technologies, or else you're not actually making any technological progress. Apple doesn't care about moving technology forward. What they care about is making money. They innovate as little as possible, then when they fall behind, they simple integrate the technology of others to play catch-up. Nothing but moochers.
Developed first retina display. First to dramatically decrease the size of the smartphones (namely the iPhone 4). iMac is absolutely tiny for the power and screen it has.

Fun fact: Windows runs better on a Mac than on a PC.
So you're telling me that Windows will run better on a Mac than on a PC built with virtually identical components?

Either you're trolling or your full of -blam!-. I can't speak for Windows 8 since I've yet to use it, but 7 is pretty much bulletproof. Hardware compatibility issues are a thing of the past as long as you have the proper drivers.

And then made the iPhone 5 larger, just to catch up with Android smartphones.

I myself have a Intel Core I5 3.1 GHz, 8GB RAM and a GTX 580 for GAMING and I can say that my Mac runs Windows better than my PC does.
I'm not the only person that says this FYI.

Don't LOL if you aren't L'inOL.

Halo: Reach
Halo 3
Halo ODST

Microsoft for gaming, Apple for all the other tech.

>yfw a Mac is a PC

Seriously though, are you actually retarded or are you just pretending? I honestly can't tell at this point.

There are thinner Android smartphones, and with larger screens.

The iPhone 5 is 0.06" thinner than my LG Nexus 4. The difference in thickness is negligible. Then again, my Nexus 4 has better hardware in it..

Retina is a filthy marketing term, higher ppi's existed before Apple's Retina display.

Unfortunately for the "thin" iphone 4, it never came close to the specs of other flagship phones. Other manufacturers could have easily pulled off the "thinnest" of the iphone, but they were more focused on actually significantly improving the performance of their devices. The ratio of performance and "thinnest" of other phones vastly surpass that of any iphone.

The new iMac is nothing but an non-portable ultra book. All-in-ones are no innovation. Taking ultrabook parts and putting them in a different casing isn't hard.

OS X, being Unix, is better than Windows will ever be. Windows is terrible for a multiuser environment, has the awful registry, has an ugly UI (Win 8), is awful for a mouse and keyboard (Win 8), etc.

Then there's the look of the computers. Macs just look really, really nice. Factor in the OS and you have a great computer. (Yes, overpriced, but still a great computer that will last a long, long time).

All of that said, I still prefer my Linux distros; I would take OS X over WIndows any day, though.

Microsoft lasts forever,

Apples just rot

also Apple is full of douchenozzles who work their employees like slaves, and sue anything with a screen, I'm surprised the haven't sued TV companies for having screens yet.
