I guess we all remember when we first took control of chief in Halo 2 and jumped we thought; 'woah! how high can i jump?' . . . i suppose it gave us more freedom and gave the game a more open 3rd dimension . . . well what do you think it will be like for Halo 3?

Pretty much the same in feel i suppose but if you could imagine looking at another jumping it would be smoother and the animation a lot more realistic.

I think they boosted the jump so you could have a chance of avoiding vehicles in multiplayer. However if they'd kept the faster movement speed it might not have been required as much?

Jumping should be disabled.

Jet Packs with limited Jet Time should be sufficient.

I'd like Chief to be a bit more, heavy - like CE. It gave the character literal weight. He's supposed to wear this super-badass armour, but now he floats like he weighs nothing. It's daft.

Contrarily, in CE he couldn't jump for love nor money, but he could throw nades a mile. NOW, he can jump miles, but can't throw nades for ****. Stupid.

Oh, and no jet packs... that would suck too. IMHO :)

You barely move any slower in H2 than Halo...the environments are just bigger, that's all.

Erm... there's a LOT of things that Halo has that Killzone doesn't.

Namely, a control system that doesn't feel like it's been dragged through EA's ass pipe before it saw the light of day.

Oh, and let's not mention the incomprehensively cruddy framerate.

There's the drab colour pallet. The weak Half-life rip-off combine.

Any more people?

You're wrong on both counts there. If you don't believe me, fire up Halo 1, get a split screen going, and run around player 2s field of view. You'll see what I mean.
